【摘要】：目的:探討HOXA10及Integrinβ3基因在子宮內(nèi)膜異位癥大鼠子宮內(nèi)膜組織中的表達(dá)及意義。方法:分別取20只EMs大鼠子宮內(nèi)膜標(biāo)本及正常對(duì)照組大鼠子宮內(nèi)膜標(biāo)本,應(yīng)用實(shí)時(shí)熒光定量PCR技術(shù)(FQ-PCR)、免疫組化從m RNA及蛋白質(zhì)水平檢測(cè)HOXA10及Integrinβ3基因在EMs大鼠以及對(duì)照組大鼠子宮內(nèi)膜的表達(dá)。結(jié)果:HOXA-10及Integrinβ3基因m RNA及蛋白在EMs大鼠子宮內(nèi)膜表達(dá)明顯下降,相比具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異,P0.05。結(jié)論:HOXA-10及Integrinβ3基因在EMs癥大鼠子宮內(nèi)膜中的表達(dá)顯著降低,可能是EMs不孕患者子宮內(nèi)膜容受性降低,進(jìn)而引起不孕的重要因素之一。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the expression and significance of HOXA10 and Integrin 尾 3 genes in endometrium of endometriosis rats. Methods: the endometrial specimens of 20 EMs rats and normal control rats were collected. The expression of HOXA10 and Integrin 尾 3 genes in the endometrium of EMs rats and control rats were detected by using real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR technique. The expression of HOXA10 and Integrin 尾 3 genes in endometrium of EMs rats and control rats were detected by immunohistochemistry at the level of m RNA and protein. Results the expression of m RNA and protein of 10% HOXA-10 and Integrin 尾 3 gene were significantly decreased in the endometrium of EMs rats (P 0.05). Conclusion the expression of Integrin 尾 3 gene and 10% HOXA-10 gene is significantly decreased in endometrium of EMs rats, which may be one of the important factors leading to infertility in infertile women with EMs.
