缺鉀對不同基因型香蕉根系分泌物產生及土壤鉀活化的影響

【摘要】:為了探討低鉀脅迫對香蕉幼苗生長和根系分泌物的影響,以及不同香蕉基因型對土壤鉀活化差異。通過離位溶液培養(yǎng)法收集香蕉根分泌物,經低溫冷凍干燥器濃縮后,進行土壤鉀活化試驗,利用高效液相色譜(HPLC)測定分泌物中有機酸成分及含量。結果表明,在低鉀脅迫條件下,鉀高效基因型香蕉幼苗鮮質量顯著高于鉀低效基因型。香蕉根系分泌物中的有機酸色譜圖比較簡單,鉀低效基因型品種僅發(fā)現(xiàn)3種有機酸:草酸、酒石酸和檸檬酸,鉀高效基因型品種發(fā)現(xiàn)了4種有機酸:是草酸、酒石酸、檸檬酸和琥珀酸。鉀高效基因型根系有機酸、蛋白質和可溶性糖的分泌能力顯著高于低效基因型,且含量變化與鮮質量變化趨勢一致,總酚酸變化趨勢正好相反。不同基因型香蕉根系分泌物對土壤鉀素均有活化作用,其中廣粉活化能力最強,各基因型間差異達極顯著水平。低鉀脅迫條件下,香蕉分泌大量有機物質,基因型之間差異較為明顯,香蕉鉀高效基因型根系有機酸的分泌能力和土壤鉀的活化能力遠高于低效基因型。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effects of low potassium stress on the growth and root exudates of banana seedlings and the difference of potassium activation between different banana genotypes. Banana root exudates were collected by culture in vitro and concentrated in a cryopreservation dryer. The soil potassium activation test was carried out. The organic acids and their contents in the secretions were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The results showed that the fresh quality of banana seedlings with high potassium efficiency was significantly higher than that with low potassium stress. The chromatogram of organic acids in banana root exudates was relatively simple. Only three organic acids were found in potassium inefficient genotypes: oxalic acid, tartaric acid and citric acid, and four organic acids were found in potassium efficient genotypes: oxalic acid and tartaric acid. Citric acid and succinic acid. The secretion ability of organic acid, protein and soluble sugar in root of potassium efficient genotype was significantly higher than that of low effective genotype, and the change of content was consistent with that of fresh quality, and the change trend of total phenolic acid was opposite. The root exudates of different genotypes could activate potassium in soil, and the activation ability of broad powder was the strongest, and the difference between genotypes was very significant. Under low potassium stress, banana secreted a large amount of organic matter, and the difference between genotypes was obvious. The ability of root organic acid secretion and the activation energy of soil potassium of banana potassium efficient genotypes were much higher than those of low-efficient genotypes.
