【摘要】：正原發(fā)性肝癌是消化道最常見的惡性腫瘤之一,是世界范圍內(nèi)男性第2位、女性第6位的癌癥死亡原因,肝癌已嚴(yán)重威脅到人們正常的生活~([1])。目前,肝臟手術(shù)切除與肝移植是治療肝癌比較有效的方法,但大多數(shù)患者就診時已是晚期,失去最佳手術(shù)和肝移植機會,因此探索新的治療方法是當(dāng)前肝癌治療研究的熱點。隨著科技和醫(yī)學(xué)的進(jìn)步和發(fā)展,現(xiàn)已明確肝癌的發(fā)
[Abstract]:Positive primary liver cancer (PHC) is one of the most common malignant tumors in the digestive tract. It is the second leading cause of cancer death in males and the 6th leading cause of death in females. At present, hepatectomy and liver transplantation are more effective methods in the treatment of liver cancer, but most of the patients are in late stage and lose the best opportunity of operation and liver transplantation. Therefore, exploring new treatment methods is a hot spot in the current research of liver cancer treatment. With the progress and development of science and technology and medicine, the development of liver cancer has been clarified.
