【摘要】：目的:闡述HJURP基因(holliday junction recognition protein)在頭頸部癌及正常組織中的表達(dá)及對預(yù)后影響。方法:挖掘Oncomine數(shù)據(jù)庫中頭頸部癌HJURP基因相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),并結(jié)合ArrayExpress中芯片數(shù)據(jù)集進行生存分析。結(jié)果:Oncomine數(shù)據(jù)庫中,針對不同癌癥,HJURP基因癌組織/正常組織表達(dá)量分析共有383個結(jié)果,其中在癌組織中顯著高表達(dá)的有125個結(jié)果,低表達(dá)的僅18個結(jié)果。有13個數(shù)據(jù)集共27個分析涉及HJURP在頭頸部癌組織/正常組織中的表達(dá),其中8個分析結(jié)果顯示HJURP在頭頸部癌組織中顯著高表達(dá),僅一個分析結(jié)果顯示其在癌組織中低表達(dá)。通過對ArrayExpress中E-TABM-302芯片數(shù)據(jù)集生存分析表明,HJURP的表達(dá)量與預(yù)后存在明顯負(fù)相關(guān)性,即HJURP表達(dá)量越高,總體生存越差。結(jié)論:通過整合Oncomine芯片數(shù)據(jù)和生存相關(guān)芯片數(shù)據(jù),首次提出HJURP在頭頸部癌中高表達(dá)且對預(yù)后有不良影響,為腫瘤藥物的開發(fā)提供了潛在靶點。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression of HJURP gene junction recognition protein in head and neck cancer and normal tissues and its influence on prognosis. Methods: the related data of HJURP gene of head and neck cancer were mined from Oncomine database, and survival analysis was carried out with ArrayExpress data set. Results in the Oncomine database, there were 383 results of HJURP gene expression in cancer tissues / normal tissues. Among them, 125 results were significantly overexpressed in cancer tissues, and only 18 results were low expression. There were 27 data sets involving HJURP expression in head and neck carcinomas / normal tissues. Eight of them showed that HJURP expression was significantly higher in head and neck cancer tissues, and only one analysis showed that HJURP expression was low in head and neck cancer tissues. The survival analysis of E-TABM-302 data sets in ArrayExpress showed that there was a negative correlation between the expression of HJURP and prognosis, that is, the higher the expression of HJURP, the worse the overall survival. Conclusion: by integrating the data of Oncomine chip and survival chip, it is the first time to propose that the high expression of HJURP in head and neck cancer has adverse effect on prognosis, which provides a potential target for the development of tumor drugs.
