【摘要】：篩選與抗赤星病位點緊密關聯的分子標記,為煙草分子標記輔助育種提供依據。利用404對SSR引物對96份煙草種質材料進行基因組掃描,分析其群體結構,并進行煙草赤星病抗性關聯分析。結果表明,在兩種不同環(huán)境條件下共檢測到38個與煙草赤星病抗性顯著關聯的分子標記(P≤0.01),其中標記PT60236、PT50668、PT50176、PT53770、PT60080和PT50727關聯強度較大或在不同環(huán)境條件下被重復關聯到,分別位于6號、8號、9號、19號、3號和23號煙草連鎖群上。關聯到的分子標記可以用于煙草抗赤星病育種的輔助選擇。
[Abstract]:The screening of molecular markers closely related to the spot of resistance to red spot could provide evidence for tobacco breeding assisted by molecular markers.
