大豆GATL基因家族結(jié)構(gòu)、進(jìn)化和表達(dá)分析

【摘要】:本研究利用同源檢索的方法在大豆數(shù)據(jù)庫中全基因組分析獲得18個(gè)大豆GATL基因,大豆GATL基因的基因結(jié)構(gòu)保守,其中16個(gè)成員不含內(nèi)含子;其后對(duì)其編碼蛋白的理化特點(diǎn)、亞細(xì)胞定位和信號(hào)肽進(jìn)行了分析;通過鄰接法構(gòu)建了該家族的進(jìn)化樹,以了解GATL家族成員的進(jìn)化關(guān)系;表達(dá)模式分析發(fā)現(xiàn),家族成員呈現(xiàn)出各自的表達(dá)特點(diǎn);成員啟動(dòng)子區(qū)順式作用元件分析發(fā)現(xiàn)了大量的植物激素和脅迫響應(yīng)相關(guān)元件。本研究為進(jìn)一步分析基因家族成員的功能提供了理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In this study, 18 soybean GATL genes were obtained by homology analysis in soybean database. The gene structure of soybean GATL gene was conserved, and 16 members did not contain introns. The subcellular localization and signal peptide were analyzed, the evolutionary tree of the family was constructed by adjacency method to understand the evolutionary relationship of the members of the GATL family, and the expression pattern analysis showed that the family members had their own expression characteristics. A large number of plant hormones and stress-response elements were found in member promoter region cis-acting element analysis. This study provides a theoretical basis for further analysis of the function of gene family members.
