【摘要】：目的探討谷胱甘肽S-轉(zhuǎn)移酶P1(GSTP1)基因多態(tài)性與支氣管肺發(fā)育不良(BPD)的關(guān)系。方法選取2010年3月—2013年12月在武漢市第三醫(yī)院新生兒科及華中科技大學(xué)同濟(jì)醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬同濟(jì)醫(yī)院新生兒重癥監(jiān)護(hù)室(NICU)住院的患有BPD的早產(chǎn)兒60例為BPD組(其中男38例,女22例),及同期入住華中科技大學(xué)同濟(jì)醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬同濟(jì)醫(yī)院NICU無肺部疾病的早產(chǎn)兒99例為對照組(其中男63例,女36例)。懫用聚合酶鏈反應(yīng)-限制性片段長度多態(tài)性(PCR-RFLP)檢測GSTP1基因多態(tài)性。結(jié)果兩組GSTP1基因型頻率均符合Hardy-Weinbery平衡,具有群體代表性。兩組GSTP1基因型頻率和等位基因頻率間差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。兩組男性GSTP1基因型頻率和等位基因頻率間差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 GSTP1基因多態(tài)性與BPD易感性無關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between glutathione S-transferase (GSTP1) gene polymorphism and bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD). Methods from March 2010 to December 2013, 60 premature infants (38 males, 38 males) who were hospitalized in the Neonatrics Department of the third Hospital of Wuhan City and the Neonatal intensive Care Unit of Tongji Hospital affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology were selected as BPD group. There were 22 females and 99 premature infants (63 males and 36 females) who were admitted to Tongji Hospital affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology in the same period without pulmonary diseases. GSTP1 gene polymorphism was detected by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP). Results the frequencies of GSTP1 genotypes in both groups were in line with Hardy-Weinbery equilibrium and had population representation. There was no significant difference in GSTP1 genotype frequency and allele frequency between the two groups (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in GSTP1 genotype frequency and allele frequency between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion Polymorphism of GSTP1 gene is not associated with susceptibility to BPD.
