CYP450基因多態(tài)性對(duì)非創(chuàng)傷性股骨頭壞死的影響

【摘要】:酒精和激素是引起非創(chuàng)傷性股骨頭壞死的常見原因,隨著非創(chuàng)傷性股骨頭壞死發(fā)病機(jī)制研究的逐漸深入,部分研究認(rèn)為酒精和激素可影響肝酶的代謝,從而對(duì)非創(chuàng)傷性股骨頭壞死的發(fā)生、發(fā)展產(chǎn)生重要影響。細(xì)胞色素450酶(cytochrome P450,CYP450)作為肝酶常見的一種類型,其作用機(jī)制的研究逐漸得到醫(yī)學(xué)研究者的青睞。隨著CYP450研究深入,部分研究認(rèn)為CYP450易感基因位點(diǎn)的變化可能是非創(chuàng)傷性股骨頭壞死的發(fā)病機(jī)制,本文通過綜述CYP450相關(guān)基因的多態(tài)性研究進(jìn)展,對(duì)臨床以及實(shí)驗(yàn)研究非創(chuàng)傷性股骨頭壞死作用機(jī)制提供一定的參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:Alcohol and hormone are the common causes of nontraumatic femoral head necrosis. With the further study of the pathogenesis of non-traumatic femoral head necrosis, some studies suggest that alcohol and hormone can affect the metabolism of liver enzymes. It has an important effect on the occurrence and development of non-traumatic osteonecrosis of femoral head. Cytochrome P450 (CYP450) is a common type of liver enzymes. With the further study of CYP450, some studies suggest that the change of susceptibility gene loci of CYP450 may be the pathogenesis of non-traumatic femoral head necrosis. This article reviews the research progress of polymorphisms of CYP450 related genes. It provides some reference for clinical and experimental study on the mechanism of non-traumatic osteonecrosis of femoral head.
