【摘要】：酒精和激素是引起非創(chuàng)傷性股骨頭壞死的常見原因,隨著非創(chuàng)傷性股骨頭壞死發(fā)病機制研究的逐漸深入,部分研究認為酒精和激素可影響肝酶的代謝,從而對非創(chuàng)傷性股骨頭壞死的發(fā)生、發(fā)展產生重要影響。細胞色素450酶(cytochrome P450,CYP450)作為肝酶常見的一種類型,其作用機制的研究逐漸得到醫(yī)學研究者的青睞。隨著CYP450研究深入,部分研究認為CYP450易感基因位點的變化可能是非創(chuàng)傷性股骨頭壞死的發(fā)病機制,本文通過綜述CYP450相關基因的多態(tài)性研究進展,對臨床以及實驗研究非創(chuàng)傷性股骨頭壞死作用機制提供一定的參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:Alcohol and hormone are the common causes of nontraumatic femoral head necrosis. With the further study of the pathogenesis of non-traumatic femoral head necrosis, some studies suggest that alcohol and hormone can affect the metabolism of liver enzymes. It has an important effect on the occurrence and development of non-traumatic osteonecrosis of femoral head. Cytochrome P450 (CYP450) is a common type of liver enzymes. With the further study of CYP450, some studies suggest that the change of susceptibility gene loci of CYP450 may be the pathogenesis of non-traumatic femoral head necrosis. This article reviews the research progress of polymorphisms of CYP450 related genes. It provides some reference for clinical and experimental study on the mechanism of non-traumatic osteonecrosis of femoral head.
