【摘要】：為了探討HMGB1基因rs2249825、rs1412125和rs1045411的多態(tài)性與漢族女性乳腺癌易感性的關(guān)聯(lián)性,本研究應(yīng)用聚合酶鏈?zhǔn)椒磻?yīng)-連接酶反應(yīng)技術(shù)檢測524例乳腺癌和518例正常對照組。我們發(fā)現(xiàn)rs2249825、rs1412125和rs1045411位點(diǎn)的等位基因頻率和基因型分布在兩組間比較無顯著性差異(p0.05),單倍型C-T-A的分布頻率在兩組間具有顯著性差異(11.80%vs 8.96%,p=0.045),校正混雜因素后該單倍型對乳腺癌的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)測值為1.37(95%CI:0.97-1.93)。研究表明HMGB1基因的rs2249825、rs1412125和rs1045411位點(diǎn)多態(tài)性可能與乳腺癌的發(fā)病風(fēng)險(xiǎn)無關(guān),所構(gòu)成的單倍型C-T-A與乳腺癌患病的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)性具有潛在的關(guān)聯(lián)性。本研究所得數(shù)據(jù)為本地區(qū)群體的乳腺癌易感基因的篩選以及評估易感基因?qū)疾〉娘L(fēng)險(xiǎn)程度提供參考數(shù)據(jù),為乳腺癌的防治、診斷和個體化治療研究提供了幫助。
[Abstract]:To investigate the association between the polymorphism of HMGB1 gene rs2249825 rs1412125 and the susceptibility of Han women to breast cancer, the polymerase chain reaction-ligase reaction technique was used to detect 524 cases of breast cancer and 518 cases of normal controls. We found that there was no significant difference in allele frequency and genotype distribution of rs2249825 rs1412125 and rs1045411 locus between the two groups. Haplotype C-T-A distribution frequency was significantly different between the two groups (11.80 vs 8.96p0.045). After adjusting for the confounding factors, the haplotype had a positive effect on breast milk. The predicted risk value for adenocarcinoma was 1.37- 95 CI: 0.97-1.93. The results showed that the rs2249825 rs1412125 and rs1045411 polymorphism of HMGB1 gene may not be associated with the risk of breast cancer, and the haplotype C-T-A is potentially associated with the risk of breast cancer. The data provided reference data for the screening of breast cancer susceptibility genes and the assessment of the risk of breast cancer in the population of our region, and also for the prevention and treatment, diagnosis and individualized treatment of breast cancer.
