大豆PDAT基因的鑒定、表達(dá)與進(jìn)化分析

【摘要】:PDAT酶催化磷脂和二脂酰甘油反應(yīng),生成溶血磷脂和三脂酰甘油,在三脂酰甘油合成過程中扮演著重要作用。為探明大豆PDAT基因的起源與進(jìn)化關(guān)系,本研究利用生物信息學(xué)手段剖析了大豆PDAT基因的序列、表達(dá)以及進(jìn)化關(guān)系。系統(tǒng)進(jìn)化關(guān)系分析顯示,除低等植物外,大豆與其他被子植物PDAT基因被分為4種類群,每一個(gè)類群內(nèi)基因結(jié)構(gòu)與保守基序組成模式均高度保守。基于滑動(dòng)窗口與位點(diǎn)模型檢測(cè)選擇壓力,結(jié)果顯示大豆PDAT基因均受到功能限制,受控于負(fù)選擇;但位點(diǎn)-分枝模型發(fā)現(xiàn)大豆與其他植物類群Ⅰ和Ⅱ的祖先分支發(fā)生了適應(yīng)性進(jìn)化。表達(dá)分析表明,大豆PDAT基因具有多樣化的轉(zhuǎn)錄模式,且同源基因?qū)χg存在分化。這些結(jié)果為進(jìn)一步功能分析大豆PDAT基因提供了幫助。
[Abstract]:PDAT enzyme catalyzes the reaction of phospholipids with diacylglycerol to form lysophospholipids and triglycerides, which plays an important role in the synthesis of triglycerides.In order to investigate the relationship between the origin and evolution of soybean PDAT gene, the sequence, expression and evolution of soybean PDAT gene were analyzed by bioinformatics.Phylogenetic analysis showed that the PDAT gene of soybean and other angiosperms was divided into four groups except for lower plants. The gene structure and conserved motif of each group were highly conserved.The selection pressure was detected based on sliding window and locus model. The results showed that soybean PDAT gene was restricted by function and controlled by negative selection.But the local-branching model showed that the progenitor branches of soybean and other plant groups 鈪,
