【摘要】：目的探討囊泡相關(guān)膜蛋白8(VAMP8)基因rs13426038和rs10666612多態(tài)性與動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化性腦梗死(ACI)的相關(guān)性。方法采用聚合酶鏈反應(yīng)-限制性片段長(zhǎng)度多態(tài)性技術(shù),對(duì)動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化性腦梗死組和正常對(duì)照組VAMP8基因rs13426038和rs10666612位點(diǎn)進(jìn)行基因分型。結(jié)果兩位點(diǎn)基因型分布均符合Hardy-Weinberg遺傳平衡檢驗(yàn)。VAMP8基因rs13426038位點(diǎn)CC/GG基因型頻率在ACI組和對(duì)照組分別為20.5%/35.9%和15.0%/36.0%,C/G等位基因頻率為42.3%/57.7%和39.5%/60.5%;兩組間基因型及等位基因頻率差異比較無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.08,P=0.25)。VAMP8基因rs10166612位點(diǎn)AA/GG基因型頻率在ACI組和對(duì)照組分別為92.7%/0.5%和91.8%/0%,A/G等位基因頻率為96.1%/3.9%和95.9%/4.1%;兩組間基因型及等位基因頻率分布比較亦無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P=0.16,P=0.46)。結(jié)論 VAMP8基因rs13426038 C/G和rs10166612 A/G多態(tài)性可能與ACI發(fā)生無關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the association between rs13426038 and rs10666612 polymorphism of vesicular associated membrane protein 8 (VAMP8) gene and ACI in atherosclerotic cerebral infarction.Methods VAMP8 gene rs13426038 and rs10666612 loci were classified by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR) in patients with atherosclerotic cerebral infarction (ACI) and normal controls.Results the frequencies of CC/GG genotypes at rs13426038 locus of VAMP8 gene in ACI group and control group were 20.5 / 35.9% and 15.0 / 36.0% respectively, and the frequencies of C / G allele were 42.33.3% and 39.5% / 60.5%, respectively, and the difference of genotype and allele frequency between the two groups was significant.There was no significant difference in the frequency of AA/GG genotypes at the rs10166612 locus in the ACI group and the control group (92.7 / 0.5% and 91.8% vs 91.8%), respectively. The frequencies of the AP-G allele in the ACI group and the control group were 96.1 / 3. 9% and 95. 995 / 1%, respectively, and there was no significant difference between the two groups in the frequency distribution of the genotype and allele.
