【摘要】：采用不同月齡烏珠穆沁羊半腱肌,利用氣相色譜儀和實(shí)時(shí)熒光定量PCR技術(shù)分別測(cè)定半腱肌中脂肪酸含量和PPARγ、FAS基因相對(duì)表達(dá)量。結(jié)果表明,從烏珠穆沁羊半腱肌中共檢測(cè)出31種脂肪酸。其中飽和脂肪酸含量在月齡之間差異不顯著(P0.05)。單不飽和脂肪酸含量在1至6月齡間逐漸增加,而1月齡和9月齡之間差異不顯著(P0.05),3月齡和12月齡之間差異不顯著(P0.05)。多不飽和脂肪酸含量9月齡和12月齡與6月齡相比有下降趨勢(shì)。隨著月齡的增加,單不飽和脂肪酸、多不飽和脂肪酸總體上呈上升趨勢(shì)。飽和脂肪酸、單不飽和脂肪酸、多不飽和脂肪酸與PPARγ、FAS基因的相對(duì)表達(dá)量呈負(fù)相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:The results showed that 31 fatty acids were detected from the semitendinosus muscle of Uzhimuqin sheep.There was no significant difference in the content of saturated fatty acids between months of age (P 0.05).The content of monounsaturated fatty acids increased gradually from 1 to 6 months old, but there was no significant difference between 1 month old and 9 month old.The content of polyunsaturated fatty acids decreased at the age of 9 months and 12 months, compared with the age of 6 months.With the increase of age, monounsaturated fatty acids and polyunsaturated fatty acids showed an increasing trend.Saturated fatty acids, monounsaturated fatty acids and polyunsaturated fatty acids were negatively correlated with the relative expression of PPAR 緯 gene.
