【摘要】：利用RACE技術(shù)克隆了路易斯安那鳶尾LiNramp2基因全長cDNA序列,其大小為1 786 bp,預(yù)測編碼519個(gè)氨基酸,蛋白質(zhì)具有11次跨膜結(jié)構(gòu)域,與其他Nramp蛋白同源性達(dá)80%以上,說明LiNramp2同其他同源基因保守性很高。定量表達(dá)結(jié)果顯示,LiNramp2在路易斯安那鳶尾葉片和雄蕊中表達(dá)量較高,在雌蕊中表達(dá)量最低,根和莖表達(dá)量差別不大。隨著鉛處理時(shí)間增加,LiNramp2基因在根系表現(xiàn)緩慢下降,在葉片中表現(xiàn)先升高后下降的趨勢,但差異不顯著。
[Abstract]:The full-length cDNA sequence of the LiNramp2 gene of Iris Louisiana was cloned by RACE technique. Its size was 1 786 BP, which was predicted to encode 519 amino acids. The protein had 11 transmembrane domains and had more than 80% homology with other Nramp proteins.These results suggest that LiNramp2 is highly conserved with other homologous genes.The quantitative expression of LiNramp2 in leaves and stamens of Iris Louisiana was higher than that in pistil, but there was no difference between root and stem.With the increase of lead treatment time, the expression of LiNramp2 gene decreased slowly in the root system, but increased first and then decreased in the leaves, but the difference was not significant.
