【摘要】：目的探討中國漢族人群中,乙醛脫氫酶2(ALDH2)基因多態(tài)性與早發(fā)冠心病之間的關(guān)系。方法本研究共納入505例患者,根據(jù)冠脈造影結(jié)果確診冠心病患者375例及非冠心病患者130例,其中冠心病患者又分為早發(fā)冠心病組150例(男55歲,女65歲)和晚發(fā)冠心病組225例(男≥55歲,女≥65歲)。另外,將505例患者根據(jù)飲酒后是否面紅分為面紅組135例和非面紅組370例,根據(jù)是否有習(xí)慣性飲酒分為飲酒習(xí)慣組189例和無飲酒習(xí)慣組316例。通過Sanger測序的方法對ALDH2基因的多態(tài)性進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果 ALDH2基因型分布在早發(fā)冠心病組與晚發(fā)冠心病組間,以及冠心病組與非冠心病組間差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),logistics回歸校正性別、年齡、抽煙、飲酒、體重指數(shù)(BMI)、高血壓、糖尿病、高脂血癥、冠心病家族史等因素后,ALDH2基因不是早發(fā)冠心病和冠心病的易感因素(P=0.729,OR=1.098,95%CI 0.648~1.859;P=0.581,OR=1.156,95%CI 0.692~1.930)。ALDH2突變型(GA+AA)發(fā)生率在飲酒面紅組中(67.4%)明顯高于非面紅組(10.5%,P0.01),在無飲酒習(xí)慣組中(29.7%)高于有飲酒習(xí)慣組(19.1%,P0.01)。結(jié)論 ALDH2基因多態(tài)性不是中國漢族人群中早發(fā)冠心病及冠心病發(fā)病的危險(xiǎn)因素,飲酒面紅與ALDH2突變型基因有關(guān)。
