近15年來基因芯片技術(shù)在針灸研究中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:探討基因芯片技術(shù)在針灸學(xué)領(lǐng)域研究中的應(yīng)用概況,為揭示針灸調(diào)控機(jī)體的作用機(jī)制提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。收集Pub Med、Springer、中國知網(wǎng)(CNKI)、萬方(WANFANG)數(shù)據(jù)庫中自2001至2016年有關(guān)基因芯片技術(shù)在針灸學(xué)領(lǐng)域研究中應(yīng)用的文獻(xiàn),對其進(jìn)行歸納、概括、分析。發(fā)現(xiàn)基因芯片技術(shù)在針灸研究中取得了一定的成果,主要集中在經(jīng)穴臟腑相關(guān)性研究、針灸作用的影響因素研究、針灸鎮(zhèn)痛的效應(yīng)與機(jī)制研究、針灸延緩衰老的機(jī)制研究、針灸治療各系統(tǒng)疾病的效應(yīng)與機(jī)制研究5個方面;蛐酒夹g(shù)在揭示針灸作用機(jī)制的研究中發(fā)揮了重要作用,成為針灸基因組學(xué)研究的重要技術(shù)手段,但存在成本高、數(shù)據(jù)挖掘不充分、觀察對象不統(tǒng)一、專門人才不足等問題,有待于研究者們進(jìn)一步解決以加強(qiáng)此技術(shù)在針灸領(lǐng)域研究中的推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:To explore the application of gene chip technology in the field of acupuncture and moxibustion, and to provide scientific basis for revealing the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion regulating organism.From 2001 to 2016, the literatures about the application of gene chip technology in the field of acupuncture and moxibustion were collected, summarized and analyzed in the Pub Meder, CNKIN, Wanfang WANFANGS database.It is found that gene chip technology has made some achievements in acupuncture and moxibustion research, which mainly focuses on the research on the correlation of acupoints and viscera, the influencing factors of acupuncture and moxibustion, the effect and mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion analgesia, and the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion on delaying senescence.The effects and mechanisms of acupuncture and moxibustion on various systemic diseases were studied in five aspects.Gene chip technology has played an important role in revealing the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion, and has become an important technical means in the research of acupuncture genomics, but it has high cost, insufficient data mining and inconsistent observation objects.The problems of shortage of specialized talents need to be solved further to strengthen the popularization and application of this technique in the field of acupuncture and moxibustion.
