轉(zhuǎn)基因植物乳桿菌對(duì)雌性大鼠生殖發(fā)育的影響

【摘要】:目的探討轉(zhuǎn)基因植物乳桿菌對(duì)連續(xù)傳代雌性大鼠生殖發(fā)育的影響。方法將雌雄SD大鼠分組,6只雌性一籠,6只雄性一籠。對(duì)照組與實(shí)驗(yàn)組,分別為一籠雌和一籠雄。對(duì)4周齡SD大鼠進(jìn)行灌胃,對(duì)照組予以非轉(zhuǎn)基因植物乳桿菌,實(shí)驗(yàn)組予以轉(zhuǎn)基因植物乳桿菌,連續(xù)灌胃4周后進(jìn)行雌雄配對(duì),對(duì)子一代、子二代、子三代進(jìn)行同樣的灌胃實(shí)驗(yàn)8周。比較兩組雌性大鼠不同時(shí)間點(diǎn)身長(zhǎng)、尾長(zhǎng)、體質(zhì)量、肛殖距、卵巢質(zhì)量、激素水平。結(jié)果對(duì)照組與實(shí)驗(yàn)組子一代、子二代、子三代雌性大鼠灌胃同時(shí)間點(diǎn)比較,身長(zhǎng)、尾長(zhǎng)、體質(zhì)量、肛殖距差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。無論是對(duì)照組還是實(shí)驗(yàn)組,灌胃同時(shí)間點(diǎn)子一代、子二代、子三代雌性大鼠身長(zhǎng)、尾長(zhǎng)、體質(zhì)量、肛殖距均有不同程度的增加,但差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。子一代、子二代、子三代雌性大鼠比較,對(duì)照組與實(shí)驗(yàn)組初級(jí)卵泡、次級(jí)卵泡、黃體計(jì)數(shù)、雌二醇、孕酮、陰道開口時(shí)間差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。無論是對(duì)照組還是實(shí)驗(yàn)組,子一代、子二代、子三代雌性大鼠初級(jí)卵泡、次級(jí)卵泡、黃體計(jì)數(shù)、雌二醇、孕酮均有不同程度的增加,陰道開口時(shí)間均有不同程度的減少,但差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論轉(zhuǎn)基因植物乳桿菌對(duì)連續(xù)傳代雌性大鼠生殖發(fā)育無明顯影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of transgenic Lactobacillus plantarum on the reproductive development of female rats. Methods male and female SD rats were divided into 6 female and 6 male cages. A cage female and a cage male were perfused into the stomach of 4-week-old SD rats, the control group was given non-transgenic Lactobacillus plantarum, and the experimental group was given transgenic Lactobacillus plantarum. The third generation was given the same gastric perfusion experiment for 8 weeks. The body length, tail length, body mass, anal space, ovarian mass, hormone level of the two groups were compared at different time points. Results the control group and the experimental group were divided into two groups: the control group and the experimental group. There was no significant difference in body length, tail length, body mass and anal colonization distance between the third generation female rats and the third generation female rats at the same time points. Whether the control group or the experimental group, the female rats of the same time point generation, the second generation, the third generation, the female rats of the third generation had the same body length and tail length, both in the control group and in the experimental group. The body mass and anal distance increased in different degrees, but the difference was not statistically significant (P 0.05). The primary follicle, secondary follicle, luteal body count, estradiol, progesterone were compared between the control group and the experimental group, compared with the female rats of the first generation, the second generation, the third generation, the control group and the experimental group. There was no significant difference in vaginal opening time between control group and experimental group. The number of primary follicle, secondary follicle, luteal body, estradiol and progesterone increased in different degrees in the control group and the experimental group, and the primary follicles, secondary follicles, luteal body count, estradiol and progesterone in the female rats of the second generation, the second generation and the third generation. The vaginal opening time was decreased to some extent, but the difference was not statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion there is no significant effect of Lactobacillus plantarum transgenic on the reproductive development of continuous subculture female rats.
