【摘要】：目的觀察電針足三里、中脘調(diào)節(jié)小鼠胃運(yùn)動(dòng)的時(shí)效差異,探討M_2、M_3受體在該時(shí)效差異中的作用異同。方法C57/BL6野生型小鼠9只,M_2受體基因敲除小鼠、M_(23)受體基因敲除小鼠各8只,利用自制水囊測(cè)壓探頭監(jiān)測(cè)胃內(nèi)壓,待小鼠胃運(yùn)動(dòng)穩(wěn)定后,分別電針足三里、中脘兩穴各1min,(2m A,2/15Hz)。觀察并記錄電針前后的胃內(nèi)壓,并分析其數(shù)值變化。結(jié)果電針B6小鼠足三里,對(duì)胃運(yùn)動(dòng)具有即時(shí)興奮效應(yīng);電針中脘對(duì)胃運(yùn)動(dòng)具有即時(shí)抑制效應(yīng)及電針后抑制效應(yīng);電針M_2~(-/-)、M_(23)~(-/-)小鼠足三里,即時(shí)興奮效應(yīng)消失;電針M_(23)~(-/-)小鼠足三里,出現(xiàn)胃運(yùn)動(dòng)的電針后抑制效應(yīng);電針M_2~(-/-)小鼠中脘,對(duì)胃運(yùn)動(dòng)具有即時(shí)抑制效應(yīng)及電針后抑制效應(yīng);電針M_(23)~(-/-)小鼠中脘,僅留有電針后抑制效應(yīng);M_(23)~(-/-)小鼠較B6小鼠,足三里電針后效應(yīng)有明顯改變,M_(23)~(-/-)小鼠較B6小鼠,中脘即時(shí)效應(yīng)有明顯改變,以上差異均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,均P0.05。結(jié)論電針足三里、中脘調(diào)節(jié)小鼠胃運(yùn)動(dòng),存在效應(yīng)方向和時(shí)效的雙重差異;M_2、M_3受體機(jī)制與其效應(yīng)差異密切相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of electroacupuncture in Zusanli (Zusanli) and Zhongwan (Zhongwan) on regulating gastric motility in mice, and to explore the effect of M2M _ 3 receptor on gastric motility in mice. Methods 9 mice of C57/BL6 wild-type mice with M2M _ 2 receptor gene knockout mice and 8 mice of M _ 2 receptor gene knockout mice were studied. The intragastric pressure was monitored by a self-made water bag manometry probe. After the gastric motility of the mice was stabilized, the gastric pressure was observed and recorded before and after electroacupuncture at Zusanli, Zhongwan and Zusanli, respectively. The intragastric pressure before and after electroacupuncture was observed and recorded, and the changes of its numerical value were analyzed. It has an immediate excitatory effect on gastric motility; an immediate inhibitory effect on gastric motility by electroacupuncture in Zhongwan and an inhibition effect after electroacupuncture; an electroacupuncture on M 2J / / M + MJ / M + + / M + M / M / M + + mice, and an instant excitatory effect disappeared in Zusanli mice; and an electroacupuncture on M ~ (23 / 23 / -) mouse Zusanli (Zusanli). The inhibitory effect of electroacupuncture on gastric motility; the inhibitory effect of electroacupuncture on gastric motility in M _ 2 / r _ (-) mice and after electroacupuncture; and the inhibitory effect of electroacupuncture on gastric motility in M _ (23) / -r _ (-) mice was only left after electroacupuncture in mice than in B6 mice. After electroacupuncture, the effect of Zusanli electroacupuncture was obviously changed. Compared with B6 mice, the immediate effect of Zusanli electroacupuncture was significantly different from that of B6 mice, and the above differences were all statistically significant (P0.05.Conclusion electroacupuncture in Zusanli, Zhongwan regulates gastric motility in mice. There is a double difference between the direction of effect and the time of effect. The mechanism of M2M3 receptor is closely related to the difference of effect.
