水稻PHD-finger轉(zhuǎn)錄因子基因OsMsr16增強(qiáng)耐鹽性的可能性研究

【摘要】:Os Msr16(Oryza sativa L.multi-stress-responsive gene 16)是一個新的水稻植物同源結(jié)構(gòu)域(PHD)-finger家族轉(zhuǎn)錄因子基因。之前研究顯示,Os Msr16受到低溫、高溫和干旱脅迫的誘導(dǎo)表達(dá)。本研究中,q RT-PCR分析表明Os Msr16同樣受到鹽脅迫的誘導(dǎo)表達(dá),推測該基因可能參與植物在高鹽脅迫下的生理調(diào)控。苗期鹽處理條件下,與對照相比,過表達(dá)Os Msr16的轉(zhuǎn)基因水稻植株葉片失綠面積較少,存活率更高。鹽脅迫條件下,轉(zhuǎn)基因植株中積累更高含量的脯氨酸和可溶性糖,而丙二醛含量和雙氧水含量明顯降低。轉(zhuǎn)基因植株中超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)活性和過氧化氫酶(catalase,CAT)活性明顯高于對照。以上結(jié)果說明Os Msr16基因可能在植物防御鹽脅迫過程中發(fā)揮重要作用。
[Abstract]:Os Msr16(Oryza sativa L.multi-stress-responsive gene 16 is a novel transcription factor gene of the PHD-finger family of rice plant homologous domains. Previous studies have shown that Os Msr16 is subjected to low temperature. In this study, RT-PCR analysis showed that Os Msr16 was also induced by salt stress, which suggested that the gene might be involved in physiological regulation of plants under high salt stress. Transgenic rice plants over-expressing Os Msr16 had less green area and higher survival rate. Under salt stress, higher content of proline and soluble sugar were accumulated in transgenic plants. The activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase catalase (cat) in transgenic plants were significantly higher than those in the control. The above results suggested that Os Msr16 gene might protect plants from salt stress. Play an important role in the process.
