【摘要】：目的探討復(fù)方總黃酮對(duì)ApoE基因敲除小鼠動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化的保護(hù)作用。方法 15只7周齡的♂C57BL/6小鼠普通飲食為正常對(duì)照組;75只7周齡的♂ApoE基因敲除小鼠高脂飲食,隨機(jī)分為5組:模型組、辛伐他汀組、低劑量復(fù)方總黃酮組、中劑量復(fù)方總黃酮組、大劑量復(fù)方總黃酮組。灌胃16周造模完成后,采集血清,分離胸主動(dòng)脈。HE染色檢查胸主動(dòng)脈斑塊,檢測(cè)血脂4項(xiàng)(TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C)和血清SOD;ELISA檢測(cè)IL-1β、NF-κB值。結(jié)果模型組胸主動(dòng)脈斑塊明顯,復(fù)方總黃酮組斑塊均不同程度變小。復(fù)方總黃酮組的TC、TG、LDL-C、IL-1β、NF-κB明顯降低,HDL-C、SOD含量明顯升高,與模型組比較差異有顯著性(P0.05)。結(jié)論復(fù)方總黃酮對(duì)小鼠早期動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化有良好的保護(hù)作用,可能與其降脂抗炎作用有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the protective effect of compound total flavonoids on atherosclerosis in ApoE knockout mice. 鈾俆he normal diet of C57BL / 6 mice was 75 weeks old in normal control group. 鈾侫poE gene knockout mice were randomly divided into 5 groups: model group, simvastatin group, low dose total flavonoid group, middle dose compound total flavonoid group, large dose total flavonoid group. Isolated thoracic aorta. He staining was used to detect the plaque of thoracic aorta, 4 items of blood lipid and serum IL-1 尾 -NF- 魏 B were detected by Elisa. Results the plaque of thoracic aorta was obvious in the model group. Compared with the model group, the total flavonoids in the compound group were significantly lower than those in the model group. Conclusion the total flavonoids have a good protective effect on early atherosclerosis in mice, and the content of SOD in the HDL-CfU group is significantly higher than that in the model group, and the total flavonoids group has a good protective effect on the early atherosclerosis in mice, and there is a significant difference between the two groups in the content of SOD, which is significantly different from that in the model group. It may be related to its anti-inflammatory effect.
