不同成熟度玉米葉片光合生理對(duì)高溫脅迫的響應(yīng)特征及其基因型差異

【摘要】:為了探索玉米葉片光合生理對(duì)高溫脅迫的響應(yīng)特征,以鄭單958(ZD958)和先玉335(XY335)為材料,從第9片葉展開期至抽雄期,每天8:30—17:30進(jìn)行大田人工模擬增溫試驗(yàn),研究了不同成熟度玉米葉片的光合參數(shù)和Ru BP羧化酶、PEP羧化酶、蔗糖磷酸合成酶(SPS)活性的變化。結(jié)果表明,高溫脅迫下,葉片的SPAD值除了ZD958幼嫩葉片略高于對(duì)照(自然生長(zhǎng))外,其余處理均顯著低于對(duì)照;凈光合速率(Pn)、蒸騰速率(Tr)和氣孔導(dǎo)度(Gs)均顯著下降,且成熟葉片的下降幅度高于幼嫩葉片;胞間CO_2濃度(Ci)增加,幼嫩葉片的增加幅度高于成熟葉片;成熟葉片和幼嫩葉片的PSⅡ最大光化學(xué)效率均下降,且幼嫩葉片的下降幅度達(dá)到顯著水平。高溫脅迫下,2個(gè)品種成熟葉片和XY335幼嫩葉片的Ru BP羧化酶和SPS活性顯著降低,ZD958成熟葉片和2個(gè)品種幼嫩葉片的PEP羧化酶活性顯著增加?梢,高溫脅迫顯著降低了玉米葉片的光合性能,且對(duì)成熟葉片的影響大于幼嫩葉片,對(duì)XY335的影響大于ZD958。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the response of photosynthetic physiology of maize leaves to high temperature stress, the artificial temperature increasing experiment was carried out in the field with Zhengdan 958 ZD958) and Xianyu335 XY335) from the 9th leaf development stage to the flowering stage every day from 830 to 17: 30. The changes of photosynthetic parameters and the activities of Ru BP carboxylase PEP carboxylase and sucrose phosphate synthase (SPSs) in different maturity maize leaves were studied.
