DLC-1和SGCZ基因單核苷酸多態(tài)性對惠陽胡須雞生長性狀的影響

【摘要】:為了解肝癌缺失基因-1(DLC-1)和澤塔-肌聚糖蛋白(SGCZ)基因單核苷酸多態(tài)性對惠陽胡須雞生長性狀的影響,以惠陽胡須雞作為試驗材料,從雞血液中提取DNA,然后通過PCR-RFLP分析DLC-1和SGCZ基因單核苷酸多態(tài)性與生長性狀的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:93日齡惠陽胡須雞的DLC-1基因中GG基因型的體重與AA基因型相比差異不顯著(P0.05),但GG基因型個體比AA基因型多16.68 g;93日齡惠陽胡須雞的SGCZ基因中AG基因型的體重與AA基因型相比差異不顯著(P0.05)。DLC-1和SGCZ基因限制酶切片段長度多態(tài)性對93日齡惠陽胡須雞的體重?zé)o顯著影響;但DLC-1基因中GG基因型、SGCZ基因中AG基因型的93日齡樣本平均體重最大,比DLC-1基因中AA基因型和SGCZ基因中AG基因型的平均體重多49.62 g。說明DLC-1基因的優(yōu)勢基因型為GG基因型,DLC-1和SGCZ基因的優(yōu)勢基因型組合為DLC-1基因中GG基因型和SGCZ基因中AG基因型,可作為惠陽胡須雞早期基因型選擇的參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:To investigate the effect of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) on growth traits of Huiyang bearded chickens, Huiyang mustache chickens were used as experimental materials. DNA was extracted from chicken blood, and the relationship between DLC-1 and SGCZ gene single nucleotide polymorphisms and growth traits was analyzed by PCR-RFLP. The results showed that the weight of GG genotype of DLC-1 gene was not different from that of AA genotype in W93-day-old Huiyang bearded chicken. The weight of AG genotype in the SGCZ gene of GG genotype was 16.68 g / 93 days old compared with AA genotype, but the weight of AG genotype was not significantly different from that of AA genotype. The restriction fragment length polymorphism of P0.05N. DLC-1 and SGCZ gene on 93 days of age was significantly different from that of AA genotype. There was no significant effect on the body weight of Yang-bearded chicken. However, the average body weight of 93-day-old sample of GG genotype in DLC-1 gene and AG genotype of SGCZ gene was the largest. The average body weight of AA genotype in DLC-1 gene and AG genotype in SGCZ gene was 49.62 g, indicating that the dominant genotype of DLC-1 gene was GG genotype DLC-1 and the dominant genotype of SGCZ gene was GG genotype in DLC-1 gene and AG genotype in SGCZ gene. It can be used as a reference for early genotype selection in Huiyang Beard Chicken.
