血管內(nèi)皮生長(zhǎng)因子Rs3025039基因多態(tài)性與腦卒中關(guān)聯(lián)研究的Meta分析

【摘要】:目的系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)血管內(nèi)皮生長(zhǎng)因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)Rs3025039基因多態(tài)性與腦卒中關(guān)聯(lián)性。方法檢索Pub Med、EMbase、Wed of Science、The Cochrane Library、Elsevier、中國(guó)知網(wǎng)、中國(guó)生物醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、萬(wàn)方數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、維普數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)和中國(guó)科技論文在線中關(guān)于VEGF Rs3025039基因多態(tài)性與腦卒中關(guān)系研究,對(duì)納入研究進(jìn)行方法學(xué)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià),采用Rev Man 5.3軟件進(jìn)行Meta分析。結(jié)果共納入11項(xiàng)研究,其中10項(xiàng)研究均為亞洲人群。包括病例3597例,對(duì)照2748例。分析結(jié)果顯示:(1)VEGF Rs3025039 T/C等位基因、TT/CC基因型、遺傳顯性模式和隱性模式的合并OR值以及95%CI分別是1.25(1.15~1.37)、1.38(1.08~1.76)、1.26(1.03~1.54)和1.33(1.06~1.68),均P0.05;(2)雜合基因型CT相對(duì)于CC的合并OR值及95%CI為1.12(0.86~1.46),P=0.40;(3)在顯性模式下,腦梗死組納入7項(xiàng)研究(OR=1.31,95%CI 1.01~1.70),腦出血組納入3項(xiàng)研究(OR=1.09,95%CI 0.68~1.73),大動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化型組納入3項(xiàng)研究(OR=1.36,95%CI 0.74~2.51),小動(dòng)脈閉塞型組納入4項(xiàng)研究(OR=1.25,95%CI 0.90~1.73),均P0.05。結(jié)論 VEGF Rs3025039 T位點(diǎn)多態(tài)性可能增加腦卒中風(fēng)險(xiǎn),特別在中國(guó)等亞洲人群中。
[Abstract]:Objective to systematically evaluate the association between the polymorphism of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGFN) Rs3025039 gene and stroke. Methods to search Pub Medbase of Science of the Cochrane Library Elsevier, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database and Wanfang Database. The relationship between the polymorphism of VEGF Rs3025039 gene and stroke was studied in Weip database and Chinese scientific and technological papers online. The methodological quality of inclusion study was evaluated, and Meta analysis was carried out by Rev Man 5.3 software. The results were included in 11 studies. Ten of the studies were all Asian people, including 3 597 cases and 2 748 controls. The results of analysis showed that the T / C allele of VEGF-VEGF-T / C was expressed as TT- / CC genotype. The combined OR value and 95 CI of genetic dominant pattern and recessive pattern were 1.25 / 1.15 / 1.37 / 1.381.08 / 1.76 / 1.261.26 / 1.031.54 / 1.331.331061.68 / 1, respectively, respectively. The combined OR value and 95CI of heterozygous genotype CT versus CC were 1.120.861.46 / 1.46 / 0.40 / 3) in dominant mode, respectively. Seven studies were included in the cerebral infarction group, one hundred and thirty-one 95 CI 1.01a 1.70, three studies OR1.0995 CI 0.681.73, three studies OR1.36 95 CI 0.742.51in the cerebral infarction group, and four studies in the small artery occlusion group, all P0.05.Conclusion the polymorphism of VEGF Rs3025039 T locus can be used in all of the four studies (OR1.25995 CI 0.90,1.73). Conclusion the polymorphism of VEGF Rs3025039 T loci can be used in all of the four studies.
