塔式起重機(jī)耳板件疲勞斷裂行為研究

【摘要】:塔式起重機(jī)在受載過程中,其耳板發(fā)生斷裂.為明確其斷裂機(jī)制,對(duì)耳板件進(jìn)行了顯微組織和斷口形貌觀察、材料力學(xué)性能測(cè)試和有限元數(shù)值分析.結(jié)果表明:耳板材料性能滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求,耳板的斷裂形式為疲勞斷裂,裂紋萌生于耳板內(nèi)側(cè)轉(zhuǎn)折處;有限元分析得到了耳板與主弦桿的焊接構(gòu)件在耳板內(nèi)側(cè)轉(zhuǎn)折處存在明顯的應(yīng)力集中.改進(jìn)主弦桿端部與耳板間的焊接方式,可以改善其應(yīng)力分布狀況,減小應(yīng)力集中,從而有效降低構(gòu)件的斷裂風(fēng)險(xiǎn).
[Abstract]:In the process of loading, the ear plate of tower crane breaks. In order to clarify the fracture mechanism, the microstructure and fracture morphology of the ear plate were observed, the mechanical properties of the material were tested and the finite element numerical analysis was carried out. The results show that the properties of the ear plate meet the design requirements, and the fracture form of the ear plate is fatigue fracture, and the crack originates from the inner turning point of the ear plate. The finite element analysis shows that the welded components of the ear plate and the main chord have obvious stress concentration at the inner turning point of the ear plate. By improving the welding mode between the end of the main chord and the ear plate, the stress distribution can be improved and the stress concentration can be reduced, thus the fracture risk of the component can be effectively reduced.
