電液負(fù)載模擬器結(jié)構(gòu)與控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:電液負(fù)載模擬器是典型的機(jī)電液一體化系統(tǒng)。它可在實(shí)驗(yàn)室條件下,模擬飛行器舵面所受到的隨飛行器飛行高度、周圍氣流、舵面位置等因素影響而變化的空氣力矩。是半實(shí)物仿真系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分。 本文設(shè)計(jì)了一套電液負(fù)載模擬器試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng),具體工作如下: (1)電液負(fù)載模擬器試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì):本文設(shè)計(jì)了兩個(gè)電液伺服馬達(dá)作為執(zhí)行元件,分別模擬舵機(jī)的運(yùn)動(dòng)和空氣對舵機(jī)軸的作用力。舵機(jī)馬達(dá)可以沿固定它的滑道運(yùn)動(dòng)改變其與加載馬達(dá)之間的距離以模擬出不同結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的舵機(jī)。其結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)以安全至上、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、模塊化為設(shè)計(jì)原則,充分考慮了機(jī)械本體各模塊的安裝接口,與液壓系統(tǒng)各模塊的安裝銜接以及結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)部的電氣走線。 (2)電液負(fù)載模擬器試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)的液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì):本文設(shè)計(jì)的液壓系統(tǒng)作為整個(gè)系統(tǒng)執(zhí)行元件的動(dòng)力要素,具有高精度、高響應(yīng)、功率利用率大的特點(diǎn)。結(jié)構(gòu)上采用旁置式以降低高度與機(jī)械本體做成一體;同時(shí)在各種可能出現(xiàn)振動(dòng)的地方引入隔振措施;控制上實(shí)現(xiàn)了集中控制,將液壓站所有的可控量都引到控制柜的泵控單元進(jìn)行集中監(jiān)測和控制。 (3)電液負(fù)載模擬器試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)的控制系統(tǒng)硬件設(shè)計(jì):以工控機(jī)和A/D,D/A模塊為核心,集成了控制、配電、泵控、數(shù)字四個(gè)處理不同類型,不同功能信號的單元。四個(gè)單元由工控機(jī)統(tǒng)一分配工作。 (4)電液負(fù)載模擬器的控制算法研究、仿真與試驗(yàn):本文通過理論推導(dǎo)和仿真提出了一種力前饋補(bǔ)償?shù)目刂扑惴?并利用該方法設(shè)計(jì)了本課題負(fù)載模擬器的參數(shù)模型控制器。最后編制算法程序通過實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了力前饋補(bǔ)償方法的有效性。

[Abstract]:Electro-hydraulic load simulator is a typical mechanical-electro-hydraulic integrated system. Under laboratory conditions, it can simulate the air torque affected by the flight altitude, surrounding air flow, rudder surface position and other factors on the rudder surface of the aircraft. It is an important part of hardware-in-the-loop simulation system. In this paper, a set of electro-hydraulic load simulator test system is designed, the concrete work is as follows: (1) Mechanical structure design of electro-hydraulic load simulator test system: in this paper, two electro-hydraulic servo motors are designed as executive elements to simulate the motion of steering gear and the force of air on rudder shaft respectively. The steering gear motor can change the distance between the steering gear motor and the loading motor along the slide path to simulate the steering gear with different structural parameters. Its structure design takes safety first, standardization, module as the design principle, fully considers the installation interface of each module of the mechanical body, the installation connection with each module of the hydraulic system and the electrical wiring inside the structure. (2) hydraulic system design of electro-hydraulic load simulator test system: as the dynamic element of the executive element of the whole system, the hydraulic system designed in this paper has the characteristics of high precision, high response and high power utilization ratio. In the structure, the side type is used to reduce the height and the mechanical body is integrated; at the same time, the vibration isolation measures are introduced in all kinds of possible vibration places; the centralized control is realized, and all the controllable quantities of the hydraulic station are introduced to the pump control unit of the control cabinet for centralized monitoring and control. (3) the hardware design of the control system of the electro-hydraulic load simulator test system: taking the industrial control computer, A / D, D / A modules as the core, the four units of control, distribution, pump control and digital processing different types and different functional signals are integrated. The four units are assigned uniformly by the industrial control computer. (4) Research on control algorithm, simulation and experiment of electro-hydraulic load simulator: in this paper, a control algorithm of force feedforward compensation is proposed through theoretical derivation and simulation, and the parameter model controller of load simulator is designed by using this method. Finally, the effectiveness of the force feedforward compensation method is verified by experiments.
