基于無線傳輸網絡的齒輪箱狀態(tài)監(jiān)測及故障診斷的研究
[Abstract]:Gearbox, as an indispensable part of mechanical equipment, is widely used in various industries. With the rapid development of science and technology, modern mechanical equipment is also developing in the direction of large-scale, high efficiency, automation and high performance. Industry is the lifeblood of the national economy, so it is particularly important to ensure the normal operation and continuous operation of machinery and equipment. In this paper, the condition detection and fault diagnosis test platform of gearbox is established on the basis of existing equipment and technology, and all kinds of faults of gearbox are simulated. Through data acquisition equipment and fault diagnosis expert system, data acquisition and data analysis are carried out, and the cause of fault is obtained through analysis, and then the theoretical analysis results and experimental simulation results are compared, and the final conclusion is obtained. In the study, the fault mechanism of gearbox is described, from the fault form and symptom of gearbox, the fault form and vibration mechanism of gear, the fault characteristics and fault mechanism of rolling bearing. The fault characteristics, fault mechanism and signal processing technology of gear shaft are introduced, and the wireless sensor network and fault diagnosis expert system based on Zigbee technology are also introduced. Secondly, on the basis of the existing wireless sensor network technology and fault diagnosis expert system, the wireless sensor network is built with ADXL202 wireless acceleration sensor and DH3819 coordinator, and the gearbox fault vibration test bench is designed. The sensor installation position is set up in the gearbox part, and the vibration test bench is connected with the data acquisition system and fault diagnosis expert system through ADXL202 wireless acceleration sensor. Wireless sensor network is used to collect the data of gearbox, and the collected data is passed into the fault diagnosis expert system. Finally, a complete expert system of gearbox condition monitoring and fault diagnosis based on wireless transmission network is formed. Finally, through the establishment of the completed system, the vibration data of gearbox measurement points are collected, and the time domain analysis module and frequency domain analysis module of fault diagnosis expert system are applied respectively. The cepstrum analysis module and the envelope spectrum analysis module analyze the collected data, extract the frequency characteristics and judge the fault, and compare the experimental analysis fault with the actual simulation fault to draw the research conclusion. According to the research results, this paper puts forward constructive suggestions and prospects for the future.
