輪式裝載機(jī)覆蓋件靜電粉末涂裝工藝的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:近年來,我國工程機(jī)械迅速發(fā)展,而工程機(jī)械外觀質(zhì)量不如其它機(jī)械產(chǎn)品,涂裝技術(shù)水平相對(duì)落后。但是,隨著社會(huì)的進(jìn)步,人們的消費(fèi)觀念也在變化。購買設(shè)備時(shí),已不再局限于產(chǎn)品內(nèi)部質(zhì)量和性能的滿足,而把外觀質(zhì)量作為重要參考要素。 隨著環(huán)保法令對(duì)在大氣層中有機(jī)揮發(fā)物(VOC)含量的規(guī)定越來越嚴(yán)格,粉末涂料作為百分之百的固體份粉末狀的涂料,沒有空氣污染,無污水沉淀問題,作為綠色低碳產(chǎn)品日益受到市場(chǎng)的重視與青睞。另外,與液體涂裝相比,使用粉末涂裝技術(shù),雙層涂裝可以減少20%以上的生產(chǎn)時(shí)間及生產(chǎn)車間面積,而粉末單層涂裝更達(dá)到60%以上,大大地提高了生產(chǎn)率。且?guī)缀蹩梢?5%回收利用。就工程機(jī)械行業(yè)來說,國外大公司如約翰迪爾(John Deere),沃爾沃(Volvo), CNH,卡特彼勒(CAT)和小松(Komatsu)也都先后使用了粉末涂料。粉末靜電噴涂工藝在工程機(jī)械涂裝中推廣符合現(xiàn)代涂料發(fā)展趨勢(shì),隨著工程機(jī)械生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈,降低成本是競(jìng)爭(zhēng)最直接的途徑,而電鍍、油漆噴涂與粉末靜電噴涂相比工藝復(fù)雜、原材料昂貴,耗能多,因此在工程機(jī)械上采用粉末靜電噴徐工藝是必然的。 我國工程機(jī)械的涂裝水平還處在不均衡的發(fā)展階段,新工藝、新材料推廣應(yīng)用還相對(duì)比較緩慢。因此,引進(jìn)先進(jìn)的涂裝技術(shù),抓好涂裝材料、涂裝工藝和涂裝管理這三要素,是提高工程機(jī)械產(chǎn)品涂裝質(zhì)量的當(dāng)務(wù)之急。 本論文通過對(duì)靜電粉末噴涂工藝進(jìn)行研究與試驗(yàn),在裝載機(jī)的覆蓋件上首次推廣應(yīng)用環(huán)保高效低成本的粉末涂裝工藝,設(shè)計(jì)了一條自動(dòng)化水平較高的國內(nèi)首條裝載機(jī)覆蓋件的粉末噴涂線,提高裝載機(jī)覆蓋件涂裝生產(chǎn)能力,提升裝載機(jī)覆蓋件涂裝的防腐級(jí)別和質(zhì)量水平,帶動(dòng)工程機(jī)械行業(yè)環(huán)保涂裝技術(shù)的發(fā)展進(jìn)步。本論文的組織結(jié)構(gòu)如下: 第一章簡(jiǎn)要介紹了論文的研究背景,國內(nèi)外研究的現(xiàn)狀,粉末噴涂技術(shù)的概念、需要的主要設(shè)備和工藝流程。 第二章首先分析介紹了粉末涂料的分類及工程機(jī)械對(duì)粉末涂料的要求,并通過實(shí)驗(yàn)制定我公司的粉末涂料的技術(shù)指標(biāo). 噴涂行業(yè)的發(fā)展、當(dāng)前工程機(jī)械的應(yīng)用狀況,然后從國家的相關(guān)環(huán)保政策及技術(shù)分析角度論述了建設(shè)裝載機(jī)自動(dòng)化涂裝生產(chǎn)線可行性和必要性; 第三章詳細(xì)介紹了粉末噴涂試驗(yàn)過程及對(duì)過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)問題制定的改進(jìn)措施,為了實(shí)現(xiàn)粉末噴涂,對(duì)裝載機(jī)覆蓋件進(jìn)行適應(yīng)性改進(jìn). 第四章將研究成果及時(shí)運(yùn)用到生產(chǎn)實(shí)際中去,制定了裝載機(jī)覆蓋件涂裝生產(chǎn)線的設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)、涂裝工藝基本流程,然后按照設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)方案通過調(diào)查選定了自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)線所需的主要涂裝設(shè)備實(shí)施過程中采用的工藝流程及工藝裝備. 第五章對(duì)粉末噴涂技術(shù)的研究應(yīng)用進(jìn)行總結(jié),提煉過程中的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn).對(duì)出現(xiàn)的問題的原因和改進(jìn)措施進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, construction machinery in China has developed rapidly, and the appearance quality of construction machinery is not as good as that of other mechanical products, and the coating technology level is relatively backward. However, with the progress of society, people's consumption concept is also changing. When purchasing equipment, it is no longer limited to the satisfaction of product internal quality and performance, but takes appearance quality as an important reference element. As the environmental protection law stipulates the (VOC) content of organic volatile matter in the atmosphere more and more strictly, powder coating, as a 100% solid powder coating, has no air pollution and no sewage precipitation problem. As a green and low-carbon product, it has been paid more and more attention and favored by the market. In addition, compared with liquid coating, double layer coating can reduce the production time and workshop area by more than 20%, while the single layer coating of powder can reach more than 60%, which greatly improves the productivity. And it can be recycled by almost 95%. As far as the construction machinery industry is concerned, large foreign companies such as John Deere (John Deere), Volvo (Volvo), CNH, Caterpillar (CAT) and Komatsu (Komatsu) have also used powder coatings. The popularization of powder electrostatic spraying technology in construction machinery painting accords with the development trend of modern coatings. With the increasingly fierce competition in the field of construction machinery production, reducing the cost is the most direct way of competition, and electroplating. Compared with powder electrostatic spraying, paint spraying has the advantages of complex process, expensive raw materials and more energy consumption, so it is necessary to adopt powder electrostatic spraying process in construction machinery. The coating level of construction machinery in China is still in an uneven stage of development, and the popularization and application of new materials is relatively slow. Therefore, the introduction of advanced painting technology, painting materials, painting technology and coating management are the top priority to improve the coating quality of construction machinery products. In this paper, through the research and test of electrostatic powder spraying technology, the powder coating technology of environmental protection, high efficiency and low cost is popularized and applied on the panel of loader for the first time. A powder spray coating line for the first loader panel in China with high automation level is designed to improve the coating production capacity of the loader panel and improve the anticorrosion level and quality level of the loader panel coating. Drive the development and progress of environmental protection coating technology in construction machinery industry. The organizational structure of this paper is as follows: in the first chapter, the research background, research status at home and abroad, the concept of powder spraying technology, the main equipment and technological process are briefly introduced. In the second chapter, the classification of powder coatings and the requirements of construction machinery for powder coatings are analyzed and introduced, and the technical specifications of powder coatings in our company are worked out through experiments. With the development of spraying industry and the application of construction machinery at present, the feasibility and necessity of constructing automatic coating production line of loader are discussed from the point of view of national environmental protection policy and technical analysis. In the third chapter, the test process of powder spraying and the improvement measures to the problems found in the process are introduced in detail. In order to realize powder spraying, the adaptability of loader panels is improved. In the fourth chapter, the research results are applied to the production practice in time, and the design objectives of the coating production line of loaders and the basic process of painting process are worked out. Then, according to the design goal scheme, the technological process and process equipment used in the implementation of the main coating equipment needed for the automatic production line are selected through investigation. The fifth chapter summarizes the research and application of powder spraying technology, and the innovation in the refining process. The causes of the problems and the improvement measures are summarized.
