輕型輸送帶擠出復(fù)合生產(chǎn)技術(shù)研究及其輥壓壓花成型數(shù)值模擬

【摘要】:目前,國內(nèi)輕型輸送帶加工方法生產(chǎn)效率低下,加工成本高,對環(huán)境造成了一定的污染,對工人身體有較大的毒害。本文結(jié)合擠出復(fù)合生產(chǎn)技術(shù)和輕型輸送帶結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),將擠出復(fù)合技術(shù)應(yīng)用到輕型輸送帶的生產(chǎn)上,研究開發(fā)出了國內(nèi)第一條輕型輸送帶擠出復(fù)合生產(chǎn)線。該生產(chǎn)線效率高,自動化程度高,加工成本低,環(huán)境污染小,在生產(chǎn)寬幅輕型輸送帶和食品級輸送帶方面有著獨(dú)特的優(yōu)勢。 本文根據(jù)輕型輸送帶擠出復(fù)合生產(chǎn)技術(shù)專利和生產(chǎn)線設(shè)計(jì)、安裝和調(diào)試的工作內(nèi)容,詳細(xì)介紹了輕型輸送帶擠出復(fù)合生產(chǎn)技術(shù)的生產(chǎn)流程以及生產(chǎn)線主要組成設(shè)備;總結(jié)了復(fù)合制品在擠出復(fù)合成型過程中可能出現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量問題以及導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)生這些質(zhì)量問題的可能原因,并根據(jù)這些質(zhì)量問題和可能產(chǎn)生原因?qū)ιa(chǎn)線的工藝參數(shù)控制作了細(xì)致深入的研究說明;分析探討了輕型輸送帶擠出復(fù)合生產(chǎn)技術(shù)的優(yōu)勢和缺點(diǎn)。 本文還利用有限元軟件ANSYS 12.0/LS-DYNA對輕型輸送帶輥壓復(fù)合中的輥壓壓花成型過程進(jìn)行了仿真分析。研究確立了輕型輸送帶輥壓壓花成型非線性顯式動力有限元分析的分析方法,并對仿真分析過程中的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)和關(guān)鍵參數(shù)設(shè)置進(jìn)行了研究說明。根據(jù)仿真分析結(jié)果,通過對單個釘齒成型過程、節(jié)點(diǎn)X-Displacement曲線、厚度(X)方向位移場和制件有效塑性應(yīng)變場、有效應(yīng)力場的分析,研究了擠壓量、輥壓溫度、輥壓速度等工藝參數(shù)對輥壓壓花成型制件填充狀況、制件幾何形狀變化情況、制件塑性變形發(fā)展?fàn)顩r和制件中殘余應(yīng)力分布狀況等的影響,從而對認(rèn)識輕型輸送帶輥壓壓花成型機(jī)理有著重要作用,對優(yōu)化輥壓壓花成型的模具形狀、工藝參數(shù)和提高輸送帶制品質(zhì)量有著重要的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:At present, the production efficiency of domestic light conveyor belt processing method is low, the processing cost is high, which causes certain pollution to the environment and has great toxicity to the workers' health. In this paper, according to the extrusion composite production technology and the structural characteristics of light conveyor belt, the extrusion composite technology is applied to the production of light conveyor belt, and the first domestic light conveyor belt extrusion composite production line is studied and developed. The production line has the advantages of high efficiency, high degree of automation, low processing cost and low environmental pollution. It has unique advantages in the production of wide light conveyor belt and food grade conveyor belt. According to the patent of light conveyor belt extrusion composite production technology and the design, installation and debugging of light conveyor belt extrusion composite production line, this paper introduces in detail the production process of light conveyor belt extrusion composite production technology and the main composition equipment of the production line. The possible quality problems of composite products in the process of extrusion composite molding and the possible causes of these quality problems are summarized. According to these quality problems and possible causes, the process parameter control of the production line is studied and explained in detail. The advantages and disadvantages of extrusion composite production technology for light conveyor belt are analyzed and discussed. In this paper, the finite element software ANSYS 12.0/LS-DYNA is also used to simulate and analyze the roll embossing process in the roll pressing composite of light conveyor belt. The analysis method of nonlinear explicit dynamic finite element analysis of roll embossing of light conveyor belt is established, and the key technology and key parameter setting in the process of simulation analysis are studied and explained. According to the results of simulation analysis, through the analysis of single nail tooth forming process, node X-Displacement curve, thickness (X) direction displacement field, effective plastic strain field and effective stress field, the extrusion quantity and roll pressing temperature are studied. The effects of rolling speed and other technological parameters on the filling condition, geometric shape change, plastic deformation development and residual stress distribution of the parts, etc., are affected by the filling condition of the parts, the change of the geometric shape of the parts, the development of plastic deformation of the parts and the distribution of residual stress in the parts. Therefore, it plays an important role in understanding the roll embossing mechanism of light conveyor belt, and has important guiding significance for optimizing the die shape, technological parameters and improving the quality of conveyor belt products.
