【摘要】：從傳統(tǒng)的福特生產(chǎn)方式到豐田精益生產(chǎn)方式,再到基于IT的各種先進(jìn)制造技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,工業(yè)工程的思想無不貫穿于其中。面對我國制造業(yè)大而不強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)狀,要想改變我國制造業(yè)在國際分工中的地位,實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)升級,企業(yè)必須從基礎(chǔ)工業(yè)工程做起,通過一系列的整合優(yōu)化,推動生產(chǎn)力的發(fā)展。 本論文將工業(yè)工程基本理論與實踐相結(jié)合,首先介紹了文章的研究背景、目的。在分析國內(nèi)外制造企業(yè)的應(yīng)用情況后,指出基礎(chǔ)工業(yè)工程是我國制造業(yè)實現(xiàn)工業(yè)化、邁向現(xiàn)代化的必經(jīng)之路；闡述了工作研究理論中的方法研究和作業(yè)測定兩大技術(shù),并確定了本研究采用的方法。接著選取市場潛力巨大的環(huán)保產(chǎn)品——某型空氣過濾器裝配線為研究對象,針對該裝配線產(chǎn)量難以滿足需求的現(xiàn)狀,以流程分析為切入點,運用“5W1H”提問法和“ECRS”四技巧提出初步改進(jìn)方案。在此基礎(chǔ)上運用工作研究對裝配線作業(yè)條件和操作進(jìn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,將原有的13道工序細(xì)分為48項作業(yè)單元,分別進(jìn)行作業(yè)測定,對各工位的操作進(jìn)行了初步的平整。最后找出制約生產(chǎn)率的瓶頸工序,制定解決方案,并利用啟發(fā)式方法對新方案進(jìn)行了搜索平衡。通過平衡前后對比計算,可以看出該生產(chǎn)線產(chǎn)量大幅提高,空閑時間減少、負(fù)荷系數(shù)提高。實踐證明：基礎(chǔ)工業(yè)工程適合于現(xiàn)階段我國制造業(yè)的技術(shù)和管理水平,對提高企業(yè)生產(chǎn)率、減少浪費、增加效益效果明顯。本文的研究方法具有較強(qiáng)的可操作性,可為從事工業(yè)工程的技術(shù)人員提供參考借鑒。
[Abstract]:From the traditional Ford production mode to Toyota lean production mode, to the application of various advanced manufacturing technologies based on IT, the idea of industrial engineering runs through it. In the face of the large and weak situation of China's manufacturing industry, in order to change the position of China's manufacturing industry in the international division of labor and realize industrial upgrading, enterprises must start with basic industrial projects and promote the development of productive forces through a series of integration and optimization. This paper combines the basic theory and practice of industrial engineering, first introduces the research background and purpose of the article. After analyzing the application of manufacturing enterprises at home and abroad, it is pointed out that basic industrial engineering is the only way for China's manufacturing industry to realize industrialization and modernization. This paper expounds the two techniques of method research and job measurement in the theory of work research, and determines the methods used in this study. Then, the environmental protection product, a certain type of air filter assembly line, which has great market potential, is selected as the research object. In view of the fact that the output of the assembly line is difficult to meet the demand, the process analysis is taken as the starting point. A preliminary improvement scheme is put forward by using the method of "5W1H" and the four techniques of "ECRS". On this basis, the working conditions and operation of the assembly line are standardized by using the work research. The original 13 processes are divided into 48 operation units, and the operation is measured respectively, and the operation of each station is preliminarily leveled out. Finally, the bottleneck process that restricts productivity is found out, the solution is worked out, and the heuristic method is used to search and balance the new scheme. Through the comparison and calculation before and after balancing, it can be seen that the output of the production line is greatly increased, the idle time is reduced, and the load coefficient is increased. The practice has proved that the basic industrial engineering is suitable for the technical and management level of China's manufacturing industry at the present stage, and has obvious effect on improving the productivity of enterprises, reducing waste and increasing benefits. The research method in this paper has strong maneuverability and can provide reference for technical personnel engaged in industrial engineering.
