基于Web的參數(shù)化跨平臺零件庫系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)和CAD技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展與應用,企業(yè)對CAD技術(shù)的要求不斷提高。而零件庫作為CAD系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,同時鑒于目前大多數(shù)CAD產(chǎn)品都屬于標準件或可以通過變形設(shè)計得到的通用件的現(xiàn)狀,制造企業(yè)開始不斷強調(diào)零件庫的共享以及資源的重用性,以實現(xiàn)企業(yè)之間的信息集成與優(yōu)勢互補,從而可以極大地降低開發(fā)成本,縮短產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)周期,提高企業(yè)制造群體的競爭力。因此,構(gòu)建Web環(huán)境下的零件庫系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)成為近年來研究的熱點。 本文根據(jù)咸陽市科技局的要求,以推動企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、加強公共科技服務(wù)平臺建設(shè)、提高社會生產(chǎn)力為宗旨,對零件庫在Web環(huán)境下的開發(fā)和應用進行了積極的探索。課題的開發(fā)融合了CAD、計算機網(wǎng)絡(luò)以及數(shù)據(jù)庫等一系列技術(shù),其主要研究工作及成果如下: 1)在系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)方面,根據(jù)目前企業(yè)的實際需求,確立了采用B/S模式來實現(xiàn)零件庫系統(tǒng)的整體構(gòu)架,并利用UML工具對系統(tǒng)的功能模塊進行了設(shè)計,同時通過分析目前實現(xiàn)零件資源共享的方案,提出了一種結(jié)合STEP中性文件的跨平臺方法。 2)在參數(shù)建模方面,對參數(shù)化及特征建模技術(shù)進行了研究,在此基礎(chǔ)之上介紹了零件的參數(shù)化設(shè)計方法,同時針對SolidWorks軟件,詳細介紹了驅(qū)動模塊的開發(fā)過程。該部分的研究很好的解決了Web環(huán)境下零件信息建模與參數(shù)驅(qū)動的問題。 3)在信息集成方面,建立了規(guī)范化的零件信息描述和存儲機制,保證了零件庫系統(tǒng)安全及高效的運行。同時通過對Dtree和VRML技術(shù)的研究,使得零件信息在客戶端頁面中的樹形瀏覽與三維動態(tài)展示成為可能,較好的實現(xiàn)了Web環(huán)境下的動態(tài)交互。 4)在開發(fā)應用方面,本文采用Dreamweaver和Jbuilderx等開發(fā)工具,搭建了零件庫服務(wù)平臺的網(wǎng)站,并介紹了系統(tǒng)主要功能模塊的使用過程,從而初步驗證了系統(tǒng)在實際應用中的可靠性與實用性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development and application of network technology and CAD technology, the requirement of CAD technology is increasing. Part library is an important part of CAD system, and considering that most CAD products are standard parts or can be obtained by deformation design, Manufacturing enterprises begin to emphasize the sharing of parts library and the reuse of resources, so as to realize the information integration and complementary advantages between enterprises, thus greatly reduce the development cost and shorten the product development cycle. Improve the competitiveness of manufacturing groups. Therefore, the construction of part library system under Web environment has become a hot topic in recent years. According to the requirements of Xianyang Science and Technology Bureau, this paper explores the development and application of part library under Web environment, aiming at promoting technological innovation of enterprises, strengthening the construction of public sci-tech service platform and improving social productivity. The development of the project integrates a series of technologies such as CAD, computer network and database. The main research work and results are as follows: 1) in terms of system structure, according to the actual needs of enterprises, The whole frame of part library system is established by using B / S mode, and the function module of the system is designed by using UML tool. At the same time, through the analysis of the current scheme to realize the sharing of parts resources, This paper presents a cross-platform approach combining STEP neutral files. 2) in the aspect of parameter modeling, the parameterization and feature modeling technology are studied. Based on this, the parametric design method of parts is introduced, and the development process of driving module is introduced in detail for SolidWorks software. The research in this part solves the problem of part information modeling and parameter driving in Web environment. 3) in the aspect of information integration, a standardized part information description and storage mechanism is established to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the part library system. At the same time, through the research of Dtree and VRML technology, it is possible to browse the tree and display the 3D information in the client pages, and realize the dynamic interaction in the Web environment. 4) in the aspect of development and application, this paper uses Dreamweaver and Jbuilderx to set up the website of part library service platform, and introduces the process of using the main function modules of the system. Thus, the reliability and practicability of the system in practical application are preliminarily verified.
