非圓行星齒輪液壓馬達設(shè)計系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:非圓行星齒輪液壓馬達是一種新型的低速大扭矩液壓馬達,,憑借其結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、尺寸小、重量輕、速度范圍寬等顯著優(yōu)點,已在船舶甲板機械、塑料成型機械、建筑機械等領(lǐng)域得到廣泛運用。 非圓行星齒輪液壓馬達的核心機構(gòu)是一個無系桿、變中心距非圓行星齒輪機構(gòu),設(shè)計過程中要受到諸多約束條件的限制,常常需要反復(fù)試湊和驗算,令設(shè)計者望而卻步。本文在研讀大量相關(guān)文獻、掌握非圓行星齒輪液壓馬達工作原理的基礎(chǔ)上,推導(dǎo)出基本設(shè)計公式,建立了設(shè)計約束條件集合,將非線性目標(biāo)規(guī)劃方法引入非圓行星齒輪液壓馬達的設(shè)計,使非圓行星齒輪設(shè)計方法從傳統(tǒng)的基于分析的設(shè)計發(fā)展為基于綜合的設(shè)計,提高了非圓行星齒輪設(shè)計的科學(xué)性和一次成功率,從根本上扭轉(zhuǎn)了由于非圓行星齒輪設(shè)計計算復(fù)雜困難而限制其廣泛應(yīng)用的局面。 非圓行星齒輪液壓馬達的性能參數(shù)計算是本文的又一核心內(nèi)容。首先推導(dǎo)出非圓內(nèi)齒圈節(jié)曲線的近似解析表達式,為其它性能參數(shù)的計算提供了基礎(chǔ)條件;進而解決了I型和O型兩種工作形式液壓馬達的配油設(shè)計;運用計算和作圖兩種方法計算出馬達排量;最后實現(xiàn)了非圓行星齒輪液壓馬達脈動率和變中心距非圓行星齒輪機構(gòu)重疊系數(shù)的計算確定。 在上述設(shè)計計算提供大量數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上,本文在AutoCAD環(huán)境下實現(xiàn)了節(jié)曲線的繪制、配油孔的繪制、馬達排量的確定、任意時刻行星輪運動位置的確定以及齒形的繪制,最終通過連續(xù)動畫的方式實現(xiàn)了液壓馬達的運動仿真。 本文開發(fā)的非圓行星齒輪液壓馬達設(shè)計系統(tǒng)將設(shè)計計算和圖形功能有機結(jié)合在一起,完成了從節(jié)曲線設(shè)計、機構(gòu)設(shè)計、性能參數(shù)計算、圖形繪制直至運動仿真的非圓行星齒輪液壓馬達設(shè)計全過程,可用于蚌線、高階橢圓兩種節(jié)曲線;I型、O型兩種工作方式;以及非圓外、內(nèi)齒輪節(jié)曲線不同周期數(shù)的非圓行星齒輪液壓馬達設(shè)計,最后給出的多個應(yīng)用實例演示了非圓行星齒輪液壓馬達設(shè)計系統(tǒng)的操作使用過程,展現(xiàn)了該系統(tǒng)的功能和實用價值。
[Abstract]:Non-circular planetary gear hydraulic motor is a new type of low speed and large torque hydraulic motor. It has been used in ship deck machinery and plastic forming machinery because of its advantages of simple structure, small size, light weight, wide speed range, etc. Construction machinery and other fields have been widely used. The core mechanism of non-circular planetary gear hydraulic motor is a non-circular planetary gear mechanism with no tie bar and variable center distance. The design process is restricted by many constraints, which often require repeated trial and error and checking calculation, which makes the designer prohibitive. On the basis of reading a large number of related documents and mastering the working principle of non-circular planetary gear hydraulic motor, this paper deduces the basic design formula and establishes the set of design constraints. The nonlinear objective programming method is introduced into the design of hydraulic motor of non-circular planetary gear. The design method of non-circular planetary gear is developed from traditional analysis-based design to integration-based design. The design of non-circular planetary gears is more scientific and successful at one time, which fundamentally reverses the situation that the design and calculation of non-circular planetary gears are difficult to be applied widely. The calculation of performance parameters of non-circular planetary gear hydraulic motor is another core of this paper. The approximate analytical expression of the non-circular inner gear ring joint curve is derived at first, which provides the basic conditions for the calculation of other performance parameters, and then solves the oil distribution design of the hydraulic motor of type I and O type. The motor displacement is calculated by two methods of calculation and drawing, and the calculation of the pulsation rate of hydraulic motor of non-circular planetary gear and the overlap coefficient of non-circular planetary gear mechanism with variable center distance are realized. On the basis of the large amount of data provided by the above design calculation, this paper realizes the drawing of the nodal curve, the drawing of the oil distribution hole, the determination of the motor displacement, the determination of the position of the planetary gear movement at any time and the drawing of the tooth profile under the environment of AutoCAD. Finally, the motion simulation of hydraulic motor is realized by continuous animation. The non-circular planetary gear hydraulic motor design system is developed in this paper, which combines the design calculation with the graphic function, and completes the design of the segment curve, the design of the mechanism, the calculation of the performance parameters. The whole design process of non-circular planetary gear hydraulic motor, which can be used for clam line and high order ellipse, can be used in the whole design process of non-circular planetary gear hydraulic motor until motion simulation. I type, O type two kinds of working mode; And the design of non-circular planetary gear hydraulic motor with different periods of non-circular outer and inner gear pitch curve. Finally, the operation process of non-circular planetary gear hydraulic motor design system is demonstrated by several application examples. The function and practical value of the system are demonstrated.
