可調(diào)進(jìn)口導(dǎo)葉離心壓縮機(jī)葉輪載荷的數(shù)值分析

【摘要】:離心式壓縮機(jī)在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)各行業(yè)中占有重要的地位,特別是在冶金、石油、化工及動(dòng)力等行業(yè)。近幾十年來(lái),現(xiàn)代工業(yè)的快速發(fā)展一方面促使離心壓縮機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)和制造水平快速提高,另一方面也對(duì)離心壓縮機(jī)的研究提出了日益苛刻的要求。但是由于某些原因,目前國(guó)內(nèi)離心壓縮機(jī)在技術(shù)水平,產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,成套性等方面與國(guó)外還有很大差距,尤其是在大型化方面還面臨技術(shù)不成熟、容量不足等很多問(wèn)題,因此,提高離心式壓縮機(jī)的工作效率、擴(kuò)大其應(yīng)用范圍、提高運(yùn)行的安全和可靠性,不僅對(duì)離心壓縮機(jī)大型化、國(guó)產(chǎn)化有著重要的意義,而且對(duì)我國(guó)工業(yè)發(fā)展水平的提高也會(huì)起到積極的推動(dòng)作用。 本文應(yīng)用CFD軟件平臺(tái)NUMECA,針對(duì)東北某石化企業(yè)某型號(hào)帶前置導(dǎo)葉的離心壓縮機(jī),搭建了基于真實(shí)幾何結(jié)構(gòu)的離心壓縮機(jī)內(nèi)部流場(chǎng)的分析模型,對(duì)該壓縮機(jī)在不同進(jìn)口導(dǎo)葉開(kāi)度下的內(nèi)部流場(chǎng)與性能進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬分析;分析了導(dǎo)葉不同開(kāi)度下、非定常條件下的葉輪載荷分布,并對(duì)數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,并就相關(guān)參數(shù)對(duì)產(chǎn)品可靠性的影響提供了修改建議。 為降低負(fù)載對(duì)葉片可靠性的影響,本文就相關(guān)參數(shù)調(diào)整提供的主要建議有:模擬結(jié)果表明,葉片上的壓力脈動(dòng)與導(dǎo)葉開(kāi)度密切相關(guān);在導(dǎo)葉開(kāi)度數(shù)值較小的區(qū)間(-20°,20°)內(nèi),效率壓比等性能參數(shù)下降不大,而在導(dǎo)葉開(kāi)度較大時(shí),離心壓縮機(jī)性能明顯降低,且葉片表面的載荷值較高,機(jī)組葉片損壞的可能性也更大。
[Abstract]:Centrifugal compressors play an important role in national economy, especially in metallurgy, petroleum, chemical and power industries. In recent decades, the rapid development of modern industry has promoted the rapid improvement of the design and manufacture of centrifugal compressors, on the other hand, it has put forward increasingly demanding requirements for the research of centrifugal compressors. However, due to some reasons, there is still a big gap between domestic centrifugal compressors and foreign countries in technical level, product quality, complete sets, etc., especially in large scale, they still face a lot of problems such as immature technology, insufficient capacity and so on. Therefore, Improving the work efficiency of centrifugal compressor, expanding its application range, and improving the safety and reliability of operation are not only of great significance to the large-scale centrifugal compressor, but also to the localization of centrifugal compressor. And will also play a positive role in promoting the level of industrial development in China. In this paper, the CFD software platform NUMECA, is applied to a certain type of centrifugal compressor with front guide vane in a petrochemical enterprise in Northeast China, and an analysis model of the internal flow field of centrifugal compressor based on real geometry structure is built. The internal flow field and performance of the compressor under different inlet guide vane openings are numerically simulated and analyzed. The load distribution of impeller under unsteady conditions under different openings of guide vane is analyzed. The numerical simulation results are analyzed, and suggestions for modification of the influence of relevant parameters on product reliability are provided. In order to reduce the influence of the load on the reliability of the blade, the main suggestions for adjusting the relevant parameters are as follows: the simulation results show that the pressure pulsation on the blade is closely related to the opening of the guide vane; In the range of -20 擄, 20 擄of guide vane opening, the performance parameters such as efficiency and pressure ratio decrease little, but the centrifugal compressor performance decreases obviously and the load value of blade surface is higher when the guide vane opening is larger. Unit blade damage is also more likely.
