大型分體式磁軸承電動機系統(tǒng)定子模態(tài)分析
[Abstract]:Accurate analysis of stator inherent modes is very important for optimal design and control of low vibration noise motor system. The finite element simulation method is used to analyze the stator winding of axial magnetic bearing and the laminated structure of radial magnetic bearing stator for the large discrete magnetic bearing motor system. The influence of bolted connection and additional mass of base on stator mode of large discrete magnetic bearing motor system. The results show that the axial bearing stator winding has a great influence on the stator natural frequency, so it is appropriate to take the mass into account of the core, while the radial bearing stator lamination structure has little effect on the stator natural frequency and can be treated as isotropic. The stiffness of bolted connection has a certain influence on the natural frequency of the base, but when the connection stiffness is far greater than the stiffness of the base, the influence is small. The additional mass of the base has a certain influence on the modal frequency of the whole machine, but the effect on the natural frequency of different modes is quite different. The modal frequency of the whole machine is calculated and compared with the results of vibration test.
