均苯型聚酰亞胺保持架材料的成形工藝及性能研究

【摘要】:采用熱壓工藝,利用正交試驗(yàn)方法,確定了均苯型聚酰亞胺的成形工藝參數(shù),研究了溫度對(duì)聚酰亞胺保持架材料拉伸強(qiáng)度、硬度和摩擦學(xué)的影響,分析了裝有均苯型聚酰亞胺保持架軸承的高溫高速適應(yīng)性和抗貧油能力。結(jié)果表明:工藝優(yōu)化后的均苯型聚酰亞胺保持架材料260℃時(shí)拉伸強(qiáng)度為71 MPa,拉伸強(qiáng)度保持率為64.5%,硬度和磨損量幾乎不變,裝有均苯型聚酰亞胺保持架的軸承高溫高速適應(yīng)性良好,抗貧油能力優(yōu)于裝有傳統(tǒng)銅保持架的軸承。
[Abstract]:The forming process parameters of isobenzene polyimide were determined by means of orthogonal test, and the effects of temperature on tensile strength, hardness and tribology of polyimide cage were studied. The high temperature and high speed adaptability and lean oil resistance of polyimide cage bearing with isobenzene type are analyzed.
