基于隔代映射遺傳算法的齒面摩擦因數(shù)反求研究

【摘要】:通過MATLA-APDL混合建模法,建立了精確的齒輪模型;利用實驗提取關鍵摩擦特性參數(shù),借助有限元軟件的數(shù)值模擬功能和隔代映射遺傳算法,對不同潤滑狀況下齒面摩擦因數(shù)進行反求分析,較好地解決了復雜曲面摩擦因數(shù)難于求解的問題。相對于傳統(tǒng)求解方法而言,該方法能較好地模擬齒面摩擦的真實情況,求解結果更具合理性。對齒面摩擦因數(shù)的合理反求,可為齒輪的數(shù)值模擬提供一定參考,并對改善齒輪傳動性能和提高齒輪設計制造水平亦有一定的意義。
[Abstract]:The accurate gear model is established by MATLA-APDL hybrid modeling method. The key friction characteristic parameters are extracted by experiments, and the tooth surface friction coefficient under different lubrication conditions is analyzed by using the numerical simulation function of finite element software and the genetic algorithm of alternate mapping. The problem that the friction coefficient of complex surface is difficult to solve is well solved. Compared with the traditional method, this method can simulate the real situation of tooth surface friction, and the result is more reasonable. The reasonable reverse calculation of the tooth surface friction coefficient can provide a certain reference for the numerical simulation of the gear, and also has certain significance for improving the gear transmission performance and improving the gear design and manufacturing level.
