【摘要】：對(duì)于一些使用時(shí)間較長(zhǎng)的機(jī)械加工設(shè)備來說,不可避免的會(huì)存在零件老化、磨損等問題,如果設(shè)備操作人員不能及時(shí)分析問題原因,采取有針對(duì)性的措施,就會(huì)導(dǎo)致問題的擴(kuò)大化和嚴(yán)重化,輕則影響機(jī)械加工設(shè)備的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),嚴(yán)重情況下還會(huì)給設(shè)備操作人員的健康造成危害。文章首先指出了當(dāng)前機(jī)械加工設(shè)備維護(hù)與保養(yǎng)工作中存在的問題,隨后強(qiáng)調(diào)了開展設(shè)備維護(hù)保養(yǎng)的重要性,最后從實(shí)際出發(fā),對(duì)如何進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)設(shè)備維護(hù)與保養(yǎng)提出了幾點(diǎn)可行性建議。
[Abstract]:For some machining equipment with a long period of time, problems such as parts aging and wear and tear will inevitably exist. If the operators of the equipment cannot analyze the causes of the problems in time and take targeted measures, It will lead to the enlargement and serious of the problem, the light will affect the normal operation of the mechanical processing equipment, and the serious situation will also cause harm to the health of the equipment operator. This paper first points out the existing problems in the maintenance and maintenance of machining equipment, then emphasizes the importance of carrying out the maintenance and maintenance of the equipment, and finally starts from the reality. Some feasible suggestions on how to further strengthen the maintenance and maintenance of equipment are put forward.
