【摘要】：對于一些使用時間較長的機械加工設備來說,不可避免的會存在零件老化、磨損等問題,如果設備操作人員不能及時分析問題原因,采取有針對性的措施,就會導致問題的擴大化和嚴重化,輕則影響機械加工設備的正常運轉,嚴重情況下還會給設備操作人員的健康造成危害。文章首先指出了當前機械加工設備維護與保養(yǎng)工作中存在的問題,隨后強調(diào)了開展設備維護保養(yǎng)的重要性,最后從實際出發(fā),對如何進一步加強設備維護與保養(yǎng)提出了幾點可行性建議。
[Abstract]:For some machining equipment with a long period of time, problems such as parts aging and wear and tear will inevitably exist. If the operators of the equipment cannot analyze the causes of the problems in time and take targeted measures, It will lead to the enlargement and serious of the problem, the light will affect the normal operation of the mechanical processing equipment, and the serious situation will also cause harm to the health of the equipment operator. This paper first points out the existing problems in the maintenance and maintenance of machining equipment, then emphasizes the importance of carrying out the maintenance and maintenance of the equipment, and finally starts from the reality. Some feasible suggestions on how to further strengthen the maintenance and maintenance of equipment are put forward.
