【摘要】：雙紐線型變幅機(jī)構(gòu)的特點(diǎn)是臂架和后搖桿活動(dòng)范圍大、外觀和幾何形態(tài)特別、重心低.該雙紐線型變幅機(jī)構(gòu)有兩種型式:一種是后搖桿驅(qū)動(dòng)型,另一種是臂架驅(qū)動(dòng)型.運(yùn)用反求設(shè)計(jì)和機(jī)構(gòu)學(xué)原理來(lái)分析該雙紐線型的兩種類型變幅機(jī)構(gòu),分析和研究它們的運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)和變幅力矩,并以一臺(tái)起重量為160kN的該類型起重機(jī)加以驗(yàn)證.
[Abstract]:The double-button linear luffing mechanism is characterized by its wide range of movement, special appearance and geometry, and low center of gravity. There are two types of double-button luffing mechanism: one is driven by rear rocker and the other is driven by boom. The reverse design and mechanism principles are used to analyze the two types of double button type of luffing mechanism, and their kinematics and amplitude torque are analyzed and studied. The results are verified by a crane with lifting weight of 160kN.
