某銅冶煉風機事故分析及應對措施

【摘要】:某銅冶煉廠風機運行時間不足一個月即發(fā)生飛車事故,輪蓋及葉片整體從輪盤上斷裂脫落。分析表明,風機進口管路設計不合理,大量酸液沖擊腐蝕風機葉輪是事故發(fā)生的根本原因。通過改進現場的進口管路,有效減少了進入風機的酸液,葉輪受到的沖擊腐蝕明顯減弱,風機的工作環(huán)境得到極大改善,確保了風機的正常運行。目前風機使用狀況良好,改進效果顯著。
[Abstract]:The running time of fan in a copper smelter is less than one month, and the wheel cover and blade are broken off from the wheel disc. The analysis shows that the design of fan inlet pipeline is unreasonable, and a large amount of acid impingement corrosion is the root cause of the accident. By improving the inlet pipeline in the field, the acid entering the fan is effectively reduced, the impeller is obviously weakened by impact corrosion, the working environment of the fan is greatly improved, and the normal operation of the fan is ensured. At present, the fan is in good condition and the effect of improvement is remarkable.
