一種交流伺服電機(jī)泵的試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:研制出一種交流伺服電機(jī)泵,伺服電機(jī)與柱塞泵采用同殼同軸設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)了電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子與泵芯同腔浸油,整個(gè)伺服電機(jī)泵對(duì)外無旋轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)密封。在不同轉(zhuǎn)速、不同負(fù)載壓力下,通過對(duì)伺服電機(jī)泵的噪聲、流量和電流測(cè)試與試驗(yàn)研究,分析影響噪聲的主要因素,為交流伺服電機(jī)泵的降噪設(shè)計(jì)及性能優(yōu)化提供試驗(yàn)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:A kind of AC servo motor pump is developed. The servo motor and piston pump are coaxially designed. The motor rotor and the pump core are immersed in oil in the same cavity. The whole servo motor pump has no rotating dynamic seal. Under different rotational speed and load pressure, the noise, flow and current of the servo motor pump are tested and tested, and the main factors affecting the noise are analyzed, which provides the experimental basis for the noise reduction design and performance optimization of the AC servo motor pump.
