基于群體AHP法的機電產品綠色設計評價研究與實現(xiàn)
[Abstract]:The environmental problem is a major problem facing the human society nowadays, and the manufacturing industry is the pillar industry of a country's national economy, and it is also an important source of resource consumption and environmental pollution. Therefore, the green design of mechanical and electrical products is an important means to solve environmental problems. Since the green characteristics of electromechanical products are embodied in the whole process of product life cycle, how to design green products that meet the requirements in the design stage requires not only excellent designers and advanced design methods. More rely on the evaluation of green design of mechanical and electrical products. However, what is a green product, how to evaluate green design objectively and scientifically, and how to obtain accurate evaluation data are not uniform and authoritative views. Objective and correct evaluation of green design is one of the problems that must be solved in the implementation of green design. On the basis of analyzing the present situation of product evaluation and considering the characteristics of green product and the thought of green product life cycle, this paper puts forward the application of group analytic hierarchy process (GAHP) to the comprehensive evaluation of green design of mechanical and electrical products. The main research work of this paper is as follows: 1. This paper discusses the connotation of green product, analyzes the life cycle process of green product, and establishes the structure model of green product life cycle. 2. This paper studies the establishment principle of evaluation index system of green design, based on the analysis of the evaluation index system of green products put forward by many documents from different aspects, it has established a certain general purpose. Dynamic evaluation index system of green design. 3. The paper studies the specific steps of (Group AHP), to evaluate the green design of mechanical and electrical products by using this method. 4. The process of green design evaluation of mechanical and electrical products is established, the collection method of evaluation data is established, and the improved information extraction method is put forward. Develop a green design evaluation software based on client / server structure. 6. Taking the refrigerator as the research object, the green design evaluation is carried out. Analyze the evaluation results and give feedback to the improvement.
