基于分派規(guī)則和離散人工蜂群算法的再制造系統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)調(diào)度

【摘要】:回收件質(zhì)量的不確定性使得再制造的加工路徑、工序工時具有隨機性,極大地增加了生產(chǎn)調(diào)度的難度。研究分派規(guī)則和回收件輸入序列對再制造系統(tǒng)性能和生產(chǎn)調(diào)度的影響。采用C++語言編制再制造系統(tǒng)調(diào)度仿真程序,用來模擬再制造系統(tǒng)動態(tài)運行過程,并求解再制造系統(tǒng)的性能指標。在分析再制造生產(chǎn)線特性的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計了總流程時間最小、跳躍次數(shù)最小等多種分派規(guī)則,通過實驗設(shè)計分析不同規(guī)則對生產(chǎn)線性能的影響,評估各分派規(guī)則的優(yōu)劣及其適應(yīng)性;采用改進的離散人工蜂群算法進行尋優(yōu),以獲取最優(yōu)回收件輸入序列。通過與標桿Nawaz-Enscore-Ham(NEH)規(guī)則的對比分析,驗證提出的改進人工蜂群算法在再制造系統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)調(diào)度中的有效性。
[Abstract]:Because of the uncertainty of the quality of recycled parts, the process path and working hours are random, which greatly increases the difficulty of production scheduling. The effects of dispatch rules and the input sequence of recycled parts on the performance and production scheduling of remanufacturing system are studied. The simulation program of remanufacturing system scheduling is developed with C language, which is used to simulate the dynamic running process of the remanufacturing system and to solve the performance index of the remanufacturing system. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of the remanufacturing production line, several dispatch rules, such as minimum total flow time and minimum jump times, are designed. The effects of different rules on the performance of the production line are analyzed through experimental design. The advantages and disadvantages of each assignment rule and its adaptability are evaluated, and the improved discrete artificial bee colony algorithm is used to find the optimal input sequence of recycled pieces. The effectiveness of the improved artificial bee colony algorithm in the production scheduling of the remanufacturing system is verified by comparing with the benchmarking Nawaz-Enscore-Ham (NEH) rules.
