氣體密封端面運(yùn)行狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)和故障診斷技術(shù)的研究
[Abstract]:Gas seal is a kind of non-contact seal. It has been widely used in various fields because of its good sealing performance. Of course, as usage becomes higher and more important, gas seals are more likely to fail. In order to improve the safety of gas seal, the running state and fault diagnosis of gas seal face are studied in this paper. In this paper, the related parameters of gas seal fault analysis and their membership functions are determined by the knowledge of neural network and fuzzy system. Then through the establishment of MATLAB program, using the relevant data of statistics, the learning samples and diagnostic samples are established, and on the basis of multiple simulation optimization, an effective fuzzy neural network is established. The effectiveness of the fuzzy neural network in fault diagnosis analysis of gas seal is tested by diagnostic samples. At the same time, through the design of the acoustic emission gas seal test rig, the correlation between the parameters (rotational speed, seal gas pressure, seal gas pressure) and the acoustic emission signal of the gas seal face is studied. At the same time, the method of fault diagnosis and analysis of gas seal by acoustic emission signal is put forward. In this paper, a new application method of gas seal fault diagnosis is put forward by establishing fuzzy neural network, and an acoustic emission gas seal test device is designed, which provides a new idea for the study of the running state of gas seal end face.
