法蘭數(shù)字化制造CAD系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)

【摘要】:在當(dāng)今經(jīng)濟全球化、市場競爭日趨激烈的時代,企業(yè)對數(shù)字化制造技術(shù)的需求十分迫切。而在機械產(chǎn)品設(shè)計及制造中,存在著大量幾何拓撲相同或相似而尺寸規(guī)格不同的零件,這些零件常常造成頻繁的重復(fù)性勞動;同時,,也會用到大量的設(shè)計資料以及工程數(shù)據(jù),建立零件工程數(shù)據(jù)庫,則可以很好的利用計算機的強大處理能力,實現(xiàn)對數(shù)據(jù)的自動化處理和高效管理。采用數(shù)字化三維模型的CAD/CAM系統(tǒng)為其提供了很好的解決方案,因而研究基于法蘭的數(shù)字化制造CAD系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)和方法是很有意義的。 鑒于目前Pro/E軟件已得到廣泛應(yīng)用,因此本文開發(fā)了基于Pro/E的法蘭參數(shù)化CAD系統(tǒng)。本系統(tǒng)是在Windows XP的微機操作系統(tǒng)上,利用Visual C++6.0作為開發(fā)工具,結(jié)合SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫管理技術(shù),以Pro/E 2.0為二次開發(fā)平臺來實現(xiàn)的。利用該CAD系統(tǒng),用戶可以直接調(diào)用數(shù)據(jù)庫中存儲的法蘭設(shè)計參數(shù),實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品的快速開發(fā)與設(shè)計。本文開發(fā)的系統(tǒng)避免了法蘭的重復(fù)造型,大大提高產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計效率和設(shè)計質(zhì)量,具有實用價值和可擴展性;同時本文的研究有利于推動和促進CAD/CAE/CAM技術(shù)和數(shù)據(jù)庫管理系統(tǒng)在企業(yè)的深入發(fā)展和應(yīng)用。綜上所述,本論文的主要內(nèi)容有: 1.以基于Program(程序)的法蘭自動化建模方法,在Pro/E環(huán)境下建立法蘭標準件三維模型庫; 2.對Pro/E二次開發(fā)及接口技術(shù)作了深入研究和應(yīng)用,利用Pro/Toolkit和VisualC++ 6.0開發(fā)工具進行系統(tǒng)接口應(yīng)用程序的設(shè)計和人機交互界面的設(shè)計; 3.研究基于C/S模式的工程數(shù)據(jù)庫的建立與管理技術(shù),利用SQL Server建立法蘭工程數(shù)據(jù)庫,并對Pro/E系統(tǒng)和SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫的ADO數(shù)據(jù)訪問技術(shù)進行了研究;
[Abstract]:In the era of economic globalization and increasingly fierce market competition, enterprises are in urgent need of digital manufacturing technology. However, in the design and manufacture of mechanical products, there are a large number of parts with the same geometric topology or similar size and different sizes, which often cause frequent repetitive work, and at the same time, a large amount of design data and engineering data are also used. Setting up the part engineering database can make good use of the powerful processing ability of the computer and realize the automatic processing and efficient management of the data. The CAD/CAM system based on digital 3D model provides a good solution, so it is meaningful to study the technology and method of digital manufacturing CAD system based on flange. In view of the wide application of Pro/E software, a parametric CAD system for flange based on Pro/E is developed in this paper. This system is realized on the microcomputer operating system of Windows XP, using Visual C 6.0 as the development tool, combining with the SQL Server database management technology, and taking Pro/E 2.0 as the secondary development platform. With this CAD system, the user can directly call the flange design parameters stored in the database, and realize the rapid development and design of the product. The system developed in this paper avoids the repeated modeling of flange, greatly improves the design efficiency and quality of the product, and has practical value and expansibility. At the same time, the research of this paper is conducive to promote and promote the development and application of CAD/CAE/CAM technology and database management system in enterprises. To sum up, the main contents of this paper are as follows: 1. Based on Program (program) based on flange automation modeling method, in the Pro/E environment to establish a flange standard parts three-dimensional model library; 2. The secondary development and interface technology of Pro/E are deeply studied and applied. The system interface application program and man-machine interface are designed by using Pro/Toolkit and VisualC 6.0 development tools. 3. This paper studies the establishment and management technology of engineering database based on C / S mode, establishes the flange engineering database by SQL Server, and studies the ADO data access technology of Pro/E system and SQL Server database.
