杭鋼機(jī)修備件加工過程管理信息系統(tǒng)研究
[Abstract]:Facing the increasingly fierce global market competition and the continuous development of information technology, the information construction of manufacturing enterprises becomes more and more important. At present, the level and strength of manufacturing industry reflect the comprehensive national strength of a country, its informatization has become a necessary means for enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness, which makes the mechanical parts manufacturing enterprises urgently need information transformation. Manufacturing enterprise information management system from MRP to MRP II, and then to ERP, its coverage range in depth. However, ERP mainly focuses on the planning management of manufacturing enterprises. It emphasizes the planning of enterprises, but it lacks the necessary software coverage between the planning management and the production control layer. Manufacturing execution system (MES) is a management-oriented information system located between planning management system and production control. With the wide application of enterprise information management system, the level of information application has been improved. The production management information system of workshop execution layer is especially important for manufacturing enterprises. Mes can accurately schedule, track and monitor production information and process. It is the basic technical means to realize the production quickening. Provide operational and management with real-time status information on the execution of the plan, tracking and all resources. In the first chapter, the development prospect of mechanical parts manufacturing enterprises and the essence of manufacturing execution system (MES) are summarized in the first chapter. The application of JIT theory and TOC theory is also introduced. In the second chapter, based on the principle of manufacturing execution system and JIT,TOC theory, a production planning and control model is established for the machining process of spare parts in Hangzhou Iron and Steel Co. The third chapter describes the implementation process of Hangzhou Iron and Steel production Management Information system. In the last chapter of this paper, the work is summarized and prospected.
