高溫潤(rùn)滑脂軸承壽命試驗(yàn)方法研究與系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)
[Abstract]:High temperature grease is the key to the normal operation of high temperature equipment, and its performance is directly related to the running state of high temperature equipment. High temperature grease bearing life is an extremely important performance index of high temperature grease, it is the reflection of the comprehensive performance of high temperature grease. The life test technology of high temperature lubricating grease bearing in our country is lack of research, and there is no mature self-developed test equipment at the same time. Therefore, the study of high temperature grease bearing life test technology has important practical significance. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the research status and existing problems of life test technology of high temperature lubricating grease bearing at home and abroad are analyzed. The main contents of this paper are given. (2) by analyzing the failure mechanism of high temperature grease in rolling bearing and the existing life test method of lubricating grease bearing, A more suitable method for life test of high temperature lubricating grease bearing is put forward. (3) the functional requirements of high temperature lubricating grease bearing life test system are analyzed. The overall design of the test system has been completed. (4) the key technologies in the design of high temperature lubricating grease bearing life test bench are studied: the loading device scheme and the control of loading force, the analysis and calculation of the critical speed of spindle, Design of auxiliary bearing lubrication system. (5) the structure of measurement and control system is analyzed. The real-time communication between PC and PLC based on LabVIEW DSC module is realized by using OPC technology on the platform of graphic programming language LabVIEW. The main working modules of the system software are designed and debugged.
