離心泵葉輪計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)及其運(yùn)動(dòng)仿真研究

【摘要】:離心泵作為一種常見的水力機(jī)械,廣泛應(yīng)用于在給水排水及農(nóng)業(yè)工程、工業(yè)工程、航空航天、航海工程和能源工程等領(lǐng)域。葉輪是離心泵的核心部件,它的設(shè)計(jì)速度和質(zhì)量直接影響產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)周期和市場競爭力。本文在了解國內(nèi)外的葉輪CAD應(yīng)用的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)當(dāng)前葉輪CAD的研究和應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀的不足,以Pro/E為支撐軟件,以面向?qū)ο蟮腣isual C++6.0編程語言為開發(fā)工具,利用二次開發(fā)工具包Pro/TOOLKIT,采用三維葉輪模型與程序控制相結(jié)合的方式,實(shí)現(xiàn)了葉輪的參數(shù)化程序設(shè)計(jì)。本文的研究內(nèi)容如下: 1.在一元和三元流動(dòng)的基礎(chǔ)上給出了離心泵及葉輪各參數(shù)計(jì)算經(jīng)驗(yàn)公式,為后來模型參數(shù)的設(shè)計(jì)提供了便利。 2.針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)離心泵設(shè)計(jì)步驟繁瑣的不足,提出了采用4次Bezier曲線來設(shè)計(jì)葉輪的軸面流線方法,詳細(xì)介紹了軸面流線的控制方法繪制了葉片的軸面截線和木模圖。 3.采用NURBS曲線構(gòu)造了離心泵葉輪葉片流線通用表達(dá)式,利用參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)原理,制定了離心泵葉輪三維模型自動(dòng)生成方案,并闡述了基于Pro/TOOLKIT的離心葉輪三維建模的具體實(shí)現(xiàn)方法。 4.在VC++編程環(huán)境下,利用Pro/TOOLKIT工具包,采用基于模型的方法,對(duì)葉輪模型進(jìn)行開發(fā),實(shí)現(xiàn)葉輪的參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì) 5.利用Pro/E的Mechanism運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)分析模塊,對(duì)離心泵葉輪進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)分析與仿真,得到并分析了葉輪運(yùn)動(dòng)的位置、速度和加速度曲線圖。
[Abstract]:As a common hydraulic machinery, centrifugal pump is widely used in water supply and drainage, agricultural engineering, industrial engineering, aerospace, navigation engineering and energy engineering. Impeller is the core component of centrifugal pump, its design speed and quality directly affect the product R & D cycle and market competitiveness. On the basis of understanding the application of impeller CAD at home and abroad, aiming at the deficiency of the current research and application of impeller CAD, this paper takes Pro/E as the supporting software and the object-oriented Visual C 6.0 programming language as the development tool. The parametric programming of impeller is realized by using Pro/TOOLKIT, which combines 3D impeller model with program control. The research contents of this paper are as follows: 1. On the basis of univariate and three-dimensional flow, the empirical formulas for calculating the parameters of centrifugal pump and impeller are given, which provides convenience for the design of the parameters of the later model. In view of the complicated design procedure of traditional centrifugal pump, the method of designing axial streamline of impeller by 4 times Bezier curve is put forward, and the control method of axial streamline line is introduced in detail. The axial section line and woodblock diagram of blade are drawn in detail. The general expression of flow line of impeller blade of centrifugal pump is constructed by using NURBS curve. Based on the principle of parameterized design, the automatic generation scheme of 3D model of impeller of centrifugal pump is established. The realization method of centrifugal impeller 3D modeling based on Pro/TOOLKIT is described. 4. In VC programming environment, the impeller model is developed by using Pro/TOOLKIT toolkit and model-based method, and the parametric design of impeller is realized. The kinematics analysis and simulation of centrifugal pump impeller are carried out by using Mechanism kinematics analysis module of Pro/E. The position, velocity and acceleration curve of impeller motion are obtained and analyzed.
