監(jiān)測(cè)和診斷技術(shù)在設(shè)備預(yù)知維護(hù)中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:設(shè)備狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)和故障診斷技術(shù)是一種近代迅述發(fā)展起來(lái)的,多學(xué)科交叉融合的新型應(yīng)用技術(shù)。它在我國(guó)工業(yè)企業(yè)中的應(yīng)用,可以促進(jìn)企業(yè)進(jìn)行維修制度的改革,向更合理的以狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)和故障診斷技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ)的預(yù)知維修體系方向發(fā)展,從而減少事故發(fā)生率,降低維修費(fèi)用,保障設(shè)備長(zhǎng)周期安全運(yùn)行,提高企業(yè)設(shè)備管理水平,推動(dòng)技術(shù)進(jìn)步,增加企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。具有廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。本課題針對(duì)天鋼的設(shè)備維修體制現(xiàn)狀,建立了設(shè)備的狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)和以故障診斷為基礎(chǔ)的預(yù)知維修體系。 論文通過(guò)了解國(guó)內(nèi)外故障診斷技術(shù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,在充分闡述故障診斷技術(shù)和預(yù)知維修理論的基礎(chǔ)上,介紹了天鋼設(shè)備的工藝特點(diǎn),通過(guò)分析天鋼設(shè)備管理中存在的問(wèn)題和原因,論述了在天鋼開(kāi)展預(yù)知維修的必要性。主要研究工作 (1)對(duì)故障診斷技術(shù)在時(shí)域和頻域中常用的參數(shù)指標(biāo)和處理方法進(jìn)行了分析,通過(guò)總結(jié)天鋼設(shè)備的常見(jiàn)故障,論述了故障產(chǎn)生的原因和可能造成的危害,說(shuō)明了典型故障的現(xiàn)象和特征,并給出了計(jì)算方法。 (2)結(jié)合天鋼實(shí)際需要,通過(guò)研究設(shè)備的故障診斷模式,合理選擇設(shè)備監(jiān)測(cè)與診斷系統(tǒng)方粲,建立了天鋼預(yù)知維修模型。 (3)通過(guò)論述以點(diǎn)檢為基礎(chǔ)的預(yù)知維修在天鋼的實(shí)施過(guò)程,具體說(shuō)明了天鋼實(shí)行點(diǎn)檢定修制的基礎(chǔ)工作和施行步驟,發(fā)生故障的處理流程,并通過(guò)對(duì)點(diǎn)檢工作的檢查促進(jìn)點(diǎn)檢工作的優(yōu)化過(guò)程。 (4)通過(guò)論述狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)與診斷技術(shù)在天鋼的開(kāi)展過(guò)程,具體說(shuō)明了實(shí)行設(shè)備監(jiān)測(cè)和故障診斷的內(nèi)容和具體步驟,以及天鋼對(duì)此進(jìn)行的基礎(chǔ)工作 (5)通過(guò)對(duì)故障診斷的實(shí)例分析,論述了以操作維修人員日常點(diǎn)巡檢,運(yùn)行管理人員專(zhuān)業(yè)點(diǎn)檢和專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)人員精密點(diǎn)檢相結(jié)合的設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)模式的合理性和有效性,建立了天鋼設(shè)備以點(diǎn)檢和故障診斷為基礎(chǔ)的預(yù)知維修體系。 論文解決了天鋼以前依靠主觀決策進(jìn)行定期維修,發(fā)生的設(shè)備維修周期短、維修成本高,容易出現(xiàn)突發(fā)事故等困擾生產(chǎn)的問(wèn)題。天鋼通過(guò)對(duì)設(shè)備進(jìn)行狀態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)和故障診斷,降低了維修成本,保障了設(shè)備安全運(yùn)行,提高了設(shè)備管理水平,為企業(yè)積極參與市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)起到了最堅(jiān)實(shí)的支撐。
[Abstract]:The technology of equipment condition monitoring and fault diagnosis is a new type of application technology, which is developed in modern times and intersected by many subjects. Its application in industrial enterprises of our country can promote the reform of maintenance system in enterprises, and develop to a more reasonable predictive maintenance system based on condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technology, thus reducing the incidence of accidents. It is necessary to reduce the maintenance cost, ensure the long-term safe operation of the equipment, improve the management level of the equipment, promote the technological progress and increase the economic benefit of the enterprise. It has broad application prospect. According to the present situation of equipment maintenance system in Tianshan Iron and Steel Company, a condition monitoring system and a predictive maintenance system based on fault diagnosis are established. Based on the understanding of the development of fault diagnosis technology at home and abroad, and on the basis of fully expounding the fault diagnosis technology and the theory of predictive maintenance, this paper introduces the technological characteristics of Tiangang equipment, and analyzes the problems and causes in the management of Tiangang equipment. The necessity of carrying out predictive maintenance in Tiangang is discussed. The main research work is as follows: (1) the common parameter indexes and treatment methods of fault diagnosis technology in time domain and frequency domain are analyzed. By summarizing the common faults of Tiangang equipment, the causes and possible harm of fault are discussed. The phenomena and characteristics of typical faults are explained, and the calculation method is given. (2) according to the actual needs of Tiangang, through studying the fault diagnosis mode of the equipment, we can reasonably select the equipment monitoring and diagnosis system Fang charm, The predictive maintenance model of Tianshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd is established. (3) by discussing the implementation process of predictive maintenance based on spot inspection in Tianshan Iron and Steel Company, the basic work and implementation steps of spot checking and fixing repair system are explained in detail. And through the inspection of spot inspection to promote the optimization process of spot inspection. (4) by discussing the development process of status monitoring and diagnosis technology in Tiangang, the contents and steps of implementing equipment monitoring and fault diagnosis are explained concretely. And the basic work carried out by Tianshan Iron and Steel Company (5) by analyzing the example of fault diagnosis, the paper discusses the routine inspection of operation and maintenance personnel, Based on the rationality and effectiveness of the monitoring mode of equipment running state, which combines professional spot inspection with technical precision inspection, a predictive maintenance system based on spot inspection and fault diagnosis for Tiangang equipment is established. The paper solves the problem that Tiangang used to rely on subjective decision to carry out periodic maintenance. The equipment maintenance cycle is short, the maintenance cost is high, and sudden accidents are easy to occur in production. Through the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of the equipment, Tiangang reduces the maintenance cost, ensures the safe operation of the equipment, improves the equipment management level, and plays the most solid support for the enterprises to participate in the market competition actively.
