風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)組齒輪傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的仿真研究

【摘要】:風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)在國(guó)內(nèi)外的迅速發(fā)展,促成了風(fēng)電裝備制造業(yè)的繁榮。齒輪增速箱作為風(fēng)電機(jī)組的核心部件,倍受?chē)?guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)行業(yè)以及研究機(jī)構(gòu)的關(guān)注。但由于國(guó)內(nèi)風(fēng)電齒輪箱的研究起步較晚,技術(shù)環(huán)節(jié)薄弱,特別是兆瓦級(jí)的風(fēng)電齒輪箱,主要依靠引進(jìn)國(guó)外技術(shù)。因此,急需自主開(kāi)發(fā)研究兆瓦級(jí)風(fēng)電齒輪箱,掌握其設(shè)計(jì)制造技術(shù),以實(shí)現(xiàn)風(fēng)機(jī)國(guó)產(chǎn)化目標(biāo)。 本文以2MW風(fēng)電機(jī)組齒輪箱為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其結(jié)構(gòu)及運(yùn)動(dòng)特性進(jìn)行仿真研究。主要完成以下工作: (1)根據(jù)風(fēng)電機(jī)組齒輪箱實(shí)物來(lái)確定齒輪箱結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù),采用SolidWorks三維造型軟件建立齒輪箱實(shí)體模型以及簡(jiǎn)化后用以仿真和有限元分析的模型。 (2)對(duì)齒輪箱傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)剛性模型進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)及動(dòng)力學(xué)分析,得到其位移、速度、加速度及載荷變化曲線(xiàn),確定模型的可行性及輸出載荷文件。 (3)通過(guò)ANSYS方法建立低速軸和輸出軸的模態(tài)中性文件(mnf文件),隨后建立齒輪箱傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)剛?cè)狁詈夏P筒⑦M(jìn)行不同輸入狀態(tài)下的仿真,可更加直觀(guān)的觀(guān)察應(yīng)力變化以及輸出相關(guān)曲線(xiàn)。 (4)對(duì)齒輪箱關(guān)鍵部件進(jìn)行ANSYS分析。通過(guò)對(duì)齒輪箱體整體進(jìn)行了模態(tài)分析,得到固有特性,探討如何避免發(fā)生共振的問(wèn)題,研究了齒輪箱的支承方式;對(duì)低速級(jí)行星輪系進(jìn)行模態(tài)分析與瞬態(tài)動(dòng)力學(xué)分析,根據(jù)分析結(jié)果分析如何抑制振動(dòng)。 (5)對(duì)行星輪系齒輪接觸分析。先利用常規(guī)算法進(jìn)行理論分析計(jì)算,再利用ANSYS對(duì)斜齒輪嚙合接觸進(jìn)行有限元分析計(jì)算,并將兩者加以對(duì)比分析;另外,分析影響接觸應(yīng)力的接觸參數(shù)。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of wind power industry at home and abroad has contributed to the prosperity of wind power equipment manufacturing industry. As the core part of wind turbine, gearbox has attracted much attention from related industries and research institutions at home and abroad. However, the research of domestic wind power gearbox is late and the technical link is weak. Especially the megawatt wind power gearbox mainly depends on the introduction of foreign technology. Therefore, it is urgent to develop and study the megawatt wind power gearbox, master the design and manufacture technology, and realize the goal of blower localization. In this paper, the structure and motion characteristics of 2 MW wind turbine gearbox are simulated. The main works are as follows: (1) determine the structural parameters of the gearbox according to the gearbox of wind turbine. The solid model of gearbox and the simplified model used for simulation and finite element analysis are established by SolidWorks software. (2) the kinematics and dynamics analysis of the rigid model of gearbox transmission system is carried out, and the displacement and velocity of the rigid model of gearbox transmission system are obtained. Acceleration and load change curve, The feasibility of the model and the output load file are determined. (3) the modal neutral file (mnf file) of the low-speed shaft and the output shaft is established by ANSYS method, and then the rigid-flexible coupling model of the gearbox transmission system is established and simulated under different input states. The stress change and the output curve can be observed more intuitively. (4) the key parts of the gearbox are analyzed by ANSYS. Through the modal analysis of the whole body of the gear box, the inherent characteristics are obtained, the problem of how to avoid resonance is discussed, the supporting mode of the gear box is studied, and the modal analysis and transient dynamic analysis of the planetary gear train of low speed stage are carried out. According to the analysis results, how to suppress vibration. (5) the contact analysis of planetary gear train. Firstly, the conventional algorithm is used for theoretical analysis and calculation, then the finite element method is used to calculate the meshing contact of helical gears by ANSYS, and the two are compared and analyzed. In addition, the contact parameters that affect the contact stress are analyzed.
