【摘要】:模塊化鋼結(jié)構(gòu)建造是指將整體鋼結(jié)構(gòu)分成多個(gè)模塊同時(shí)建造最后進(jìn)行整體組對(duì)的鋼結(jié)構(gòu)建造技術(shù)。目前,國(guó)內(nèi)外模塊化鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程建設(shè)規(guī)模向著大型和巨型發(fā)展,其內(nèi)部設(shè)備數(shù)量眾多,重量重,體積大,很多設(shè)備到達(dá)施工場(chǎng)地時(shí)是散裝,需要進(jìn)行組裝、成撬;同時(shí),穿甲板設(shè)備多,設(shè)備安裝、就位、組對(duì)等困難。為了對(duì)模塊化鋼結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)部設(shè)備的安裝施工進(jìn)行合理的安排、保證設(shè)備安裝的效率與質(zhì)量、降低工程總成本和保證工程順利實(shí)施,采用科學(xué)的設(shè)備安裝施工方法和先進(jìn)的技術(shù)手段是非常必要的。為此,本文主要進(jìn)行了以下研究工作: 首先,詳細(xì)分析了模塊化鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程大型設(shè)備組裝、安裝的特點(diǎn),以及目前大型設(shè)備組裝安裝過(guò)程普遍采用的“定位找正調(diào)整法”和“預(yù)裝整體調(diào)整法”安裝技術(shù)的特點(diǎn)與不足; 其次,針對(duì)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程很多設(shè)備到達(dá)施工場(chǎng)地時(shí)是散裝,需要現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行組裝、成撬過(guò)程等特點(diǎn),著重分析了設(shè)備組合件裝配的特征,并把它抽象為組合件裝配信息模型,利用裝配模型實(shí)現(xiàn)設(shè)備組合件快速裝配; 模塊化鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程設(shè)備重量重、數(shù)量巨大,設(shè)備貫穿多層甲板甚至多個(gè)模塊,為保證設(shè)備吊裝安全,特別是貫穿甲板片型設(shè)備的安裝尺寸精度與連接尺寸精度,提出大地坐標(biāo)尺寸定位法來(lái)定位貫穿型設(shè)備,分析了吊裝工具及機(jī)具的設(shè)計(jì)校核; 最后,將先進(jìn)制造技術(shù)——虛擬裝配技術(shù)引入模塊化鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)備組裝、安裝過(guò)程,構(gòu)建了大型設(shè)備空間模塊內(nèi)虛擬裝配體系。通過(guò)對(duì)兩層甲板之間的設(shè)備及環(huán)境之間的裝配進(jìn)行分析提出了空間模塊內(nèi)虛擬設(shè)備裝配路徑規(guī)劃及裝配過(guò)程仿真。
[Abstract]:Modular steel structure construction refers to the steel structure construction technology that divides the whole steel structure into several modules and builds the whole steel structure at the same time. At present, the construction scale of modular steel structure engineering at home and abroad is developing towards large scale and giant. Its internal equipment is numerous in quantity, heavy in weight and large in volume. When many equipments arrive at the construction site, they are in bulk and need to be assembled and pricked; at the same time, More decking equipment, equipment installation, position, group parity difficulties. In order to arrange the installation and construction of the internal equipment of the modular steel structure reasonably, to ensure the efficiency and quality of the installation of the equipment, to reduce the total cost of the project and to ensure the smooth implementation of the project, It is necessary to adopt scientific installation and construction methods and advanced technical means. For this reason, this paper mainly carries out the following research work: firstly, the characteristics of large equipment assembly and installation in modular steel structure engineering are analyzed in detail. As well as the characteristics and shortcomings of the installation technology of "position-seeking adjustment" and "pre-assembly integral adjustment", which are commonly used in the assembly and installation process of large equipment at present; secondly, In view of the fact that many equipments of steel structure engineering arrive in bulk when they arrive at the construction site, they need to be assembled on the spot, and the process of prying, etc., this paper emphatically analyzes the characteristics of assembly of equipment assemblies, and abstracts it into the assembly information model of assembly parts. In order to ensure the safety of equipment hoisting, modular steel structure engineering equipment is heavy in weight and large in quantity, and runs through multiple decks or even multiple modules. Especially, the installation dimension accuracy and connection dimension accuracy of perforating deck plate type equipment are analyzed. The geodetic coordinate dimension positioning method is put forward to locate the penetrating equipment, and the design and check of hoisting tools and machine tools are analyzed. The advanced manufacturing technology, virtual assembly technology, is introduced into the assembly and installation process of modular steel structure equipment, and the virtual assembly system of large equipment space module is constructed. The assembly path planning and assembly process simulation of virtual equipment in space module are proposed by analyzing the assembly of equipment and environment between two decks.
