【摘要】：為提高濾波減速器壽命,設(shè)計(jì)在齒上開(kāi)槽,并在槽內(nèi)填充紫銅、硬鋁合金、尼龍1010、丁晴橡膠的新型結(jié)構(gòu)。建立了濾波減速器在不同位置嚙合的有限元模型,計(jì)算了不同填充材料齒輪在不同嚙合位置的嚙合力。在此基礎(chǔ)上建立了考慮齒面粗糙度的濾波減速器混合潤(rùn)滑模型,分析了轉(zhuǎn)速對(duì)不同填充材料濾波減速器潤(rùn)滑特性的影響。有限元模型計(jì)算結(jié)果表明:材料填充可以增加濾波減速器輪齒嚙合對(duì)數(shù),有效減小嚙合力,齒面最大接觸力隨著填充材料彈性模量的減小而減小。潤(rùn)滑計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,材料填充可以增大齒面間平均油膜厚度,有效提高濾波減速器潤(rùn)滑性能。在轉(zhuǎn)速小于1 500 r/min時(shí),通過(guò)材料填充可以降低接觸面積比,轉(zhuǎn)速大于1 500 r/min時(shí),材料填充對(duì)接觸面積比的影響不明顯;在嚙入嚙出點(diǎn)時(shí),轉(zhuǎn)速大于1 500 r/min時(shí),材料填充可以降低濾波減速器齒面最大接觸應(yīng)力,轉(zhuǎn)速小于1 500 r/min時(shí),最大接觸應(yīng)力隨填充材料彈性模量的變化規(guī)律不明顯;節(jié)點(diǎn)嚙合時(shí),丁晴橡膠和尼龍1010可以顯著降低齒面最大接觸應(yīng)力。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the life of the filter reducer, a new type of structure was designed, in which the teeth were slotted and filled with copper, hard aluminum alloy, nylon 1010 and butadiene rubber. A finite element model for meshing of filter reducer in different positions is established, and the meshing forces of gears with different filling materials are calculated. On this basis, the mixed lubrication model of filter reducer considering tooth surface roughness is established, and the influence of rotating speed on the lubricating characteristics of filter reducer with different filling materials is analyzed. The results of finite element model show that the material filling can increase the meshing logarithm of the gear teeth of the filter reducer and reduce the meshing force effectively. The maximum contact force of the tooth surface decreases with the decrease of the elastic modulus of the filling material. The results of lubrication calculation show that the material filling can increase the average oil film thickness between tooth surfaces and effectively improve the lubricating performance of filter reducer. When the rotational speed is less than 1 500 r/min, the contact area ratio can be reduced by material filling. When the rotational speed is greater than 1 500 r/min, the contact area ratio will not be affected obviously by the material filling, and when the speed is larger than 1 500 r/min, the contact area ratio will be decreased when the rotational speed is less than 1 500 r/min. The material filling can reduce the maximum contact stress on the tooth surface of the filter reducer. When the rotational speed is less than 1 500 r/min, the maximum contact stress changes with the elastic modulus of the filling material is not obvious. Butadiene rubber and nylon 1010 can significantly reduce the maximum contact stress on the tooth surface.
