插裝式電液比例流量閥的特性研究

【摘要】:隨著電液比例控制技術的迅速發(fā)展,作為其核心元件的電液比例流量閥在工業(yè)生產中得到越來越廣泛的應用。這就要求電液比例流量閥具有優(yōu)良控制精度和動態(tài)響應特性的同時,盡可能的降低技術復雜性、制造難度和成本。 本文在對比例流量閥的功能、類型和國內外研究現(xiàn)狀進行研究的基礎上,針對目前電子閉環(huán)控制閥在開環(huán)控制下不能工作的問題設計了一種插裝式電閉環(huán)比例節(jié)流閥,首先介紹了該閥的工作原理和結構,并應用仿真軟件SimulationX對閥進行建模與仿真分析,研究其靜、動態(tài)特性,確定了閥的主要結構參數(shù)。仿真結果表明,該閥不僅結構簡單,而且控制精度與動態(tài)響應特性得到了明顯改善,提高了系統(tǒng)的可靠性。在負載變化不大的場合中選用比較經濟、合理。 另外,本文還針對傳統(tǒng)的壓差補償型比例調速閥中存在的缺點,即結構復雜,受液動力影響大,補償特性差,存在負載壓力階躍響應的流量階躍和起動流量階躍效應等問題,F(xiàn)利用Valvistor型液壓插裝閥的流量放大特性,即主閥流量與先導閥流量成線性關系的特點,設計了一種插裝式壓差補償型比例調速閥。在主閥和先導閥之間增設先導減壓閥對先導閥口的壓差進行補償,就可實現(xiàn)輸入信號對于主閥輸出流量的單調控制,而且放大倍數(shù)可以方便的進行調整。由于采用了常閉結構,可以消除傳統(tǒng)的壓差補償型流量控制閥固有的流量沖擊和超調。結構上更合理、更簡單,而且補償特性好,等流量特性得到了顯著提高。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of electro-hydraulic proportional control technology, the electro-hydraulic proportional flow valve, which is the core component of the valve, has been more and more widely used in industrial production. This requires that the electro-hydraulic proportional flow valve has good control accuracy and dynamic response characteristics, while minimizing the technical complexity, manufacturing difficulty and cost. Based on the research of the function, type and research status of proportional flow valve at home and abroad, this paper designs a kind of electrical closed loop proportional throttle valve which can not work under the open loop control of electronic closed loop control valve. Firstly, the working principle and structure of the valve are introduced, and the simulation software SimulationX is used to model and simulate the valve. The static and dynamic characteristics of the valve are studied, and the main structural parameters of the valve are determined. The simulation results show that the valve is not only simple in structure, but also the control accuracy and dynamic response characteristics have been improved obviously, and the reliability of the system has been improved. It is more economical and reasonable to choose in the situation where the load changes little. In addition, this paper also aims at the shortcomings of the traditional pressure differential compensation proportional speed regulating valve, that is, the structure is complex, the influence of hydraulic power is great, the compensation characteristic is poor, and the flow step and the starting flow step effect of the load pressure step response exist. Based on the characteristics of Valvistor type hydraulic cartridge valve, that is, the linear relationship between the main valve flow and the pilot valve flow, a type of proportional speed regulating valve with pressure difference compensation is designed. The pressure-reducing valve is added between the main valve and the pilot valve to compensate the pressure difference of the pilot valve, so that the input signal can control the output flow rate of the main valve monotonously, and the magnification can be adjusted conveniently. Because of the constant closed structure, the flow impact and overshoot inherent in the traditional pressure differential compensation flow control valve can be eliminated. The structure is more reasonable and simpler, and the compensation characteristic is better, and the equal flow characteristic is improved significantly.
